I love kiwi with stuff, but the seeds are too small to be blended up and get stuck to the back of your through. With that high of concentration of citric acid, it stings. Not bad enough to wish I hadn't tried it, but bad enough to say I won't try it again.

Kiwis and jello. Yes, I'm aware that it says on the box not to use those fruits, but I don't like reading them, lol!

Milk and Kimchee.
Ok, I know most of you wouldn't eat kimchee anyway, but still....
Or a really sweet soda with any thing spicy.

Don't drink water with anything just a bit too spicy for you. The water spreads the spice around your mouth. Use a mild base (i.e. milk) to help counteract the acidic effect of the spices to help cool your mouth.

Milk does work, but the best thing is a simple syrup. That's how Scoville units were invented by how many squirts of sugar water. The reason why spicy food are so overwhelming and intense is because instead of just binding to one set of receptors on your tongue, it binds to ALL of them.
