 When I was browsing a Japanese fan art site, as I sometimes do, for naruto art I came across an..interesting couple fan art of Sai and Sakura. It got me thinking, could they really be a couple? OF COURSE THEY CAN! Especiallyin Fandom!

Why I like the pairing-
Okay let me start off by saying I also do love SasuSaku, but as of recent manga events....Sasuke has not been my favorite character and honestly, I don't belive he deserves Sakura. His younger self, like we saw in the anime and Naruto before the timsekip, I would have LOVED for Sasuke and Sakura to end up with one another. But not now. Unless he doesa complete turnaround and all, then I think I will continue to support SaiSakura.
Looking at it Sai is a bit like sasuke. He is mysterious, I mean we don't even know his real name or age. He seems to be faking some emotions or so I have picked up on, though he is now starting to have real ones and become a better person thanks to Sakura and naruto.
He also seems to have a very kind heart and gentle demeanor. Look at Chapter 311 when sai was in the library and Sakura shows up and he kept blushing! Let remind or inform you that when this happens Sakura is there talking to him. Though the reason of him blushing is disputeable, I like to think that it is becaue he was embarassed that she was there more or less.
Now lets look at sakura's side. So far seeing as only a few chapters of them working as a team has been posted, what I have seen though is her getting a tad bit jealous when sai calls Ino gorgeous. True this could be the rival thing in play but really, that was a petty childish fight. Why would that continue seeing as they seem to be close friends again. Also her reaction to him calling her a Hag, that was funny by the way, but once again it could just be Sakuras inner self <3 I'm hoping to see more development between the two come out in later chapters.

I am Pro-SasuSaku, so I support that more than I do SaiSaku, but I think this pairing is cute. I think the interaction between them is great. (xD She punched him in the face, and later he called her 'hag')
I can understand the point of how Sasuke "doesn't deserve Sakura." Honestly, I agree. I don't think that Sasuke's done much of anything to deserve Sakura at all. I think if anybody deserves her, it's Naruto or Lee. However, I don't like LeeSaku at all, and I don't support NaruSaku either.
Sai...xD Well, he doesn't deserve Sakura that much either, ne? But it's cute. I can only say I hope that they become good friends, canon wise.
As for fandom....xD Yeah, SaiSaku is " 4laugh Awwwwww."

awww this pairing is CUTE!!
i wouldn't mind if they got together
but i do support SasuSaku nn//or.. NaruSaku more than SaiSaku

I must say that SaiSaku is an ubber cute pairing and they look quite good together. But I stay with SasuSaku and SaiIno... ninja

But anyway, he doesn't like Ino but SaiIno does seem like one of the possible Sai pairings that actually has a chance at becoming canon.
