Exercise 1. Awakening yourself.
1. Go into meditation.
2. Envision a third eye in your forehead.
3. Keep envisioning the eye getting slowly bigger until it stops growing or you start to develop a headache.
4. Focus on the eye and keeping it there.
5. Either keep in trance if you are in one or end session.

Exercise 2. Honing your psychic prediction.
Grab a partner for this one. And one or two six sided dice.
1. Either shut your eyes or blindfold them, just so long as there is no way you can see the dice.
2. When your partner rolls the dice, sit there and try to focus relax your mind.
3. Envision a scale in your mind counting from 1 to the highest dice number available.
4. Try to locate the number that is giving the strongest symbol,
5. Now, focus carefully again and try to guess the number, DON'T DOUBT!
Be patient if it does not work right away. I know this is possible because I have done so before.

Exercise 3. Astral travel.
1. Go into a meditative trance.
2. Contrary to popular belief you do not have to leave your body to succesfully astral travel, though it helps, Just focus on your destiantion and sort of let your mind free form wht is happening.
3. As the pictures and thoughforms come to you slowly let them unfold as they see fit.
4. Remember that Astral travel does take practice, the more you try, the better you get.
5. Be sure to try and expand yourself outwards.
6. Just go with the flow until you snap out of meditation.
Now, some poeple record their trips, some don't. That part is up to you. But hopefully you had a succesful trip.

Jite dude how do u go into a trance? THat I even have a hard time with, I have pulled it off a few times though if that. The trick is you need to stay centered so to speak, once all your energy is centered then it is a lot easier to go into trance, another thing that helps to go into trance is to just push time out of your mind completely, while you are in mediation time does not exist. Make sense?

Exercise 4.
Scrying...........
1.Envision vines coming out of your fingers that obey your every whim and will.
2.Strengthen the envisionment some just to be on the safe side.
3.Now, move them around with your mind, however you want to.
4. Pay attention to any images in the back of your mind picked up since this method of scrying for spirits is sort of tricky.
5.This method of scrying will only give you a faint image so be patient, it may take a while to get down right or it may not, but practice makes perfect.

If you mean using a crystal ball I never worry about that, it's the same thing with ouija boards too. Why use the tool if you don't need it? Why give yourself a handicap? That's my point of view on using a crystal ball, though I guess some people do I personally have never bothered to use one.

It is I the guild leader/owner again in one of my many faces, please refer to the army of mules sticky if you doubt me. I am just giving you all a fair warning, not all spirits can be trusted, so please do be careful about those you meet. Spirits just like people are no to be trusted all the time, and the ones behind me need not get my attention, I know about them already. Though that is just some advice.
