Well, yes garlic items could get you an avatar. But my friend says you need to feed several of them. I'm not sure if it's true.

So yeah, I only fed one and I got the avatar right away.

Sometimes it doesn't work the first time.
Or you can feed a Skeith a palm fan and change your language to French.

Actually, it depends. I had to feed my pet a few times before I actually got it.

I fed my Ogrin two garlic blubs and got it right away.

I use tineneohelp.com and Avatarlog for all of my Avatar needs. smile

Magic_by_heart - if you have a Skeith or Graarrl change the language the French and feed them a Palm Fan - which cost about 1NP each so you won't spend so much money.
