It really REALLY depends on the Gundam and Zoid being used. Wing Zero versus a Molga isn't going to be much of a fight. Neither would Death Stinger have many problems against some of the lesser Gundams. But over all, I think Gundams have more probability of winning. I may just be biased though. xd
As much as I love Zoids, Gundam 0079 wins plot-wise.

I think you're right, the Gundams have the upper advantage. They're made for heavy duty combat, including space combat. Zoids can be pretty impressive too, but they just don't seem as durable to me as a Gundam is.
Of course if I was there, I'd be rooting for the Zoid. xd

well...it all depends on the type of gundam or zoid and on the driver..if he or she has experience or not..
but anyway i like better zoids..because they all come in different forms and with special abbbilities...unlike gundams...they r kinda boring....but still awsome!! 3nodding blaugh xd

I like zoids better then gundams. any version of the liger from the original zoids would have no trouble giving an a** wooping to any gundam.

I will say this. Gundams are all much larger than your average zoid. The only zoids that woule be around the height of a Gundam are the Gojulas family, the Deathsaurer, and Ultrasaurus.
Though, juging by the size of the cockpit on a gundams in the shows... they don;t look that much bigger...

well it does depend on the specifics because gundams can fly, have both ranged and mellee capabilities and have a fair amount of spead and a few can attack from space.

The Gundam-human and Zoids-its animal(on average) is about equal. Now lets assume the quantaties of each mech are the same as in each show. There would only be one Wing and such and there would only be one Geno Breaker and such like that. The power danger for the Seed gundams and other Mobile Suits would be the same as the shows as well. Now based on the numbers the Zoids would probably have the upperhand and need to end it soon or as they start loosing units the Gundams would probably end up winning. The victorious side would depend on it's pilot's skill and determination.
