In the USA, yup, they have the right to exist. Until the 'espousing' is translated into violence, for better or worse, there isn't much that can be done. Individuals don't have to accept them, but the law has to.

It's true. In America one does have the right to believe what they want, although I couldn't understand myself why someone would be part of a religion based (etc.) on hate or something negative.

Well, Shirley Phelps is passionate. That's one of her positive aspects. If only she could use her passion for something else.

A lot of people have that problem and it's sad really. But hate religions grow from the interpretation of the mind of the world right? Hate breeds hate. We're all part of these hate religions. crying I'm horrified
