Ok, I got thinking one day & I thought of a story that should be an Inuyasha episode:

Naraku had stolen all of they jewel shards Kagome had collected, so the gang was back to square 1. Even worse was that Kagome was feeling ill & had decided to go back home for a few days.
"I'm sorry, everbody. I wish you guys didn't have to wait on me." Kagome said apoligetically.
"It's fine, just be sure to get well." Sango said
"What she said" Inuyasha said
"Farewell, Kagome. Get well soon." They all said.
"Bye!"

Kagome was in her room, her headache getting worse.
"Aagghhh!" Kagome screamed in pain
"Kagome, what's wrong?!?!" Sota had heard her screaming & ran to her bedroom door, about to open it. But his mom stopped him and told him not to go into her room. She just looked at the ground, she seemed sad.
Kagome tried to drone out her own screaming by putting her hands over her ears.
But she didn't feel her ears.
Kagome went to the mirror to make sure that maybe her hands were not going numb or something. Shock ran through her body & she blacked out.

When Kagome came to she was in front of the mirror, she looked at herself, she didn't fell any pain anymore.
There on the top of her head she saw a pair of black dog ears.
"Aaagghh" Kagome shreiked. Her mom ran into her room. Kagome, still kneeling on the floor turned to her mom.
Her mother started crying. "I knew this would happen." She closed the door and knelt down by Kagome.
"Mom, what's happening to me? What.. what am I?" Kagome stuttered while crying.
Her mother looked away. "Your father...." She bit her lips, wondering whether to say it or not. "was not human" she said quietly.
"What... I remember dad. He was human" Kagome spoke.
"He was in his human form." Kagome's mom spoke a little louder. "...before he died, he told me that you should never be allowed to go near the well, I didn't question him. This is why you were never allowed to go in that shrine. Now I know why, you were kept human because of the Shikon Jewel, didn't it ever strike you as odd I was never surprised about the demons or Inuyasha, your father sniffed out the jewel in you just as any other demon would have. He knew it would transport you through time, and you would not have the Jewel inside of you anymore."
"But Sota, he's not-"
"I know, Sota is human that I do not know why. You would have become human when you turned 16, because we would have told you then, but you were pulled down the well when you were 15." She continued. " You do not have the Jewel shards with you, do you. That is probably why you turned into a half-demon now. Because you don't have the jewel shards with you."
Kagome looked down at the ground, was this really true?
"But, I'll tell you this, there are demons with Jewel shards in this era to." She pulled out a jewel shard from her sleeve. "Here. To make you human."
Kagome inserted it into her skin. She looked normal. She got up, ran downstairs and out the door. She ran to the sacred tree, let out the loudest scream her throat could handle, & started crying.
Her mother watched from the door and cried as well.


Next episode:

Back in the feudal era, Kagome was sensing a jewel shard.
"It's close, I can feel it." Kagome said, Plus I can smell it nearby, She thought.
"What way." Inuyasha said out of frustration.
"I can't tell, It's always moving."
After walking for a few miniutes in dead silence.
*sniff-sniff-* *sniff-sniff* " Kikyo's scent!" Inuyasha said in shock. "I'm sure it's her!'' He ran off down the trail.
"I picked up her scent a while back. But it is almost the new moon." Kagome thought
"Every time it involves Kikyo he makes it into a big deal" Sango said.
"Inuyasha the stupid hanyou. That's his name" Miroku said.
"I agree" Shippo piped up.
Kagome wasn't listening. She just stared down "Inuyasha turns into a human at the new moon, I wonder when that will happen to me. I bet Kikyo knows the time of Inuyasha's weakness, this time I won't be the human, he will. He always saves me it's my turn to help him"
"Hmm.." Sango walked in front of Kagome. "Something wrong?"
"I'm gonna follow Inuyasha, & besides I'm not the fondest of Kikyo." Kagome said seriously.
"Kagome, I never seen you so serious. This means alot to you doesn't it."
"Yes" She started running down the trail following Inuyasha's scent. Awhile after she was out of Sango & the others' sight she knew Kikyo was close. She felt as though she was surronded by Kikyo's scent.
Then she fell, everything was black.

She woke up. She was tied to a wall by branches of a tree coming out of the wall.
"Tell me, how is it that you found me and Inuyasha couldn't?" Kikyo asked quizically.
"Kikyo? Kikyo untie me." Kagome said innocently.
"Answer me! I have been watching you over the past few days, you act the same and yet you are somehow stronger, not so easily swayed by what others tell you. You prefer to rely on yourself."
Kagome's eyes darkened. "So, what do you care? If I just act a little tougher, Inuyasha surely needs help."
"Hhhmmm..." Kikyo wasn't easily convinced that was all that was going on. Finally she decided. "I know your secret." Kikyo announced.
Kagome looked up in surprisement.

"What secret?" Kagome said, acting oblivious.
"You forget I also can sense the presence of the jewels shards." Kikyo said "I notice the ones around your neck, and the one jabbed in your arm. You use it to keep yourself from turning into a half-breed"
"It's not like I'm un-purifing it, if used to turn a demon into a mortal, the jewel becomes more purifed." Kagome said quickly.
"Hmhmhm.. How unusual, you and Inuyasha are alike, in love I dare say. Yet you both have different disires, you wish to become mortal & he wishes to become a demon."

Inuyasha had run off to find Kikyo, he was underground in some tunnels. He heard voices. "It's faint, but I'm sure I smell Kagome's scent & Kikyo's as well." He put his ear to the wall.
"I know your secret"
"What secret?
Inuyasha heard Kagome & Kikyo talking. He dug a tiny hole through the wall. Big enough that he could see, but small enough that the two girls wouldn't notice.

Inuyasha heard the whole conversation.
Kikyo said "I know you are half-demon. I'm positive."
"...." Kagome just looked away.
Kikyo went up to Kagome pulled out the sacred jewel in her arm, and took of the necklace that has the jewel holder. Kagome instantly turned into a hanyou.
"Kagome's really a half-demon!" Inuyasha said under his breath in surprise, while still peering through the hole. "No wonder she's been acting so different."
"Ha. Even with your new demonic powers I doubt you can stop me from acheiving my goal." Kikyo said in a mocking tone.
"Which is what exactly."
"Destroying Inuyasha. As you know he is enfatuated with me. Once he finds me, I know I won't be harmed. But once he get close enough I will slay him."
"So... you'll practicly pretend to love him & once he falls for it, you'll kill him."
"You're smarter than you look."
"Thanks, considering I look like to you."
Kikyo snikered. "I have no time for you." She did something to the wall behind her. Kagome could see the forest. "Behold, this is where I will Inuyasha to me, and where you will see him die."
Kagome freaked. "What, how can you just kill the one who loves you?"
"Easily"
"You heartless witch"
Kikyo just walked off. "I can't wait to come back & see your face once Inuyasha is dead." She said while walking off.

(Keep in mind Inuyasha saw the whole thing)
"Kikyo... but I thought you also loved me." Inuyasha thought back to when Kikyo had said that Inuyasha's soul was hers. (That was in a real episode) "Have to go & meet at that spot with her. Kagome's a hanyou now if she doesn't get herself out of this then I'll come back. But I have to see Kikyo." Inuyasha left.

"Kikyo." Kagome snickered "I hate depending on my demonic powers." She broke through the tree branches holding her to the wall. "Kikyo, you underestimate my strength."

Now, that Inuyasha knew about Kikyo's itentions he would have to be careful. He went to the place he had saw where Kikyo planned to be when talking with Kagome.
Kikyo was sitting in a tree, soul collector's giving her the souls she needed to live, replenishing her energy. Inuyasha stood, wondering what might happen now.
The moment he took a step, Kikyo jump towards the tree and ran towards him. Inuyasha instictivly touched the hilt of his sword, but Kikyo stopped when she reached him.
"Inuyasha....." she spoke softly.
"Kik-Kikyo?" At that moment Inuyasha embraced her so tightly, he almost wouldn't breathe. What she said had to be a lie.
Kikyo put her arms around him. "Inuyasha..... why do you do this?"
"I don't want to ever forget you, Kikyo."
At that moment Kikyo pulled a dagger from her sleeve and held it to the back of his neck. "I want to forget you, Inuyasha. As you should remember, the reason why I live is because of the hatred I have towards you."

Kagome found a quiver full of arrows , a bow, & a cloak she could use to cover her ears where she was being held. She had to help Inuyasha.
"Inuyasha, I won't let you die..." She spoke softly. She ran towards his quickly changing scent (it is almost the new moon after all).


"Kikyo?" Inuyasha spoke quietly
Kikyo chuckled. "Did you actually think I loved you? I may have 50 years ago, but that is an erasable mistake. Kagome has changed you, Inuyasha. That was my job, I resent the fact that she softened your heart, I RESENT YOU!!" Kikyo stabbed his back, pushed him back, and slashed at him, going for the neck.
Inuyasha didn't want to hurt her, so he would dodge every attack she made. "Kikyo, stop."
Kikyo surprised him and right when she was about to stab him-
"KIKYO!!!" A sacred arrow shattered the dagger into little particles of dust.

Kagome darted out of the trees. "Kikyo! Stop it!"
Kikyo turned towards her.
"As you said, it's my fault why you hate Inuyasha, Kikyo. If you have to resent anyone, resent me."
Inuyasha ran to Kagome. "What are you doing here!"
"Uhhh... hello New Moon approaching. DUH!"
Amist the "bickering couple"'s conversation, Kikyo dissappered.

Sango & Miroku were back at the hut (you know, where they usually stay).
Shippo was playing with a dandylion, and then saw Kagome and Inuyasha coming.
"You guys they're back!." Shippo said when he rushed to the hut & told the others.
"Great. Kagome's probably mad at Inuyasha, Inuyasha might be wounded, Kagome won't fix his wound, and I'll have to fix it." Miroku said sadly.
Kagome and Inuyasha walked up the hill into Miroku's sight, Miroku & Sango went to them, asking what happened.
"Well..." Sango said.
"UGH!" Kagome said aggitated and walked off, Inuyasha's eyes followed her until she was out of sight.
"What did you do this time!" Miroku spoke loudly.
"I...she....I mean.." Inuyasha wondered where to start. "Never mind"
Sango and Miroku walked behind Inuyasha as he went into the hut.
"Inuyasha, you're wounded!" Sango said.
"I knew it! And you saw Kikyo, right?" Miroku said
"....Yeah" Inuyasha said without turning around.
"Man, I'm good!"

It was now nighttime, Miroku had bandaged Inuyasha's wound (as predicted), and at the moent Sango and Kagome are laying on the floor, trying to sleep.
"I'm soo restless! I can't sleep." Sango said with a yawn.
"Yeah, same here." Kagome said, streching her arms.
Sango turned towards Kagome. "How come ever since you got back from the well, you've acted a bit different?"
"Me, no way! I've just a bit down."
Sango and Kagome were quiet for awhile.
"Kagome.." Sango spoke quiety.
"Yes?"
"What happened when you went to your own time? I mean, did you ever find out why you were getting those migranes?"
"Oh! I was just over-working myself! Silly me!" Kagome said, trying to sound happy.
"Why are you still wearing that cloak?"
"Oh yeah.. I forgot I was wearing it, I found it in the forest. It was cold, so I decided to wear it."

It was early morning-then sun wasn't up yet- when Kagome woke up. She looked over to see if Sango was there- and she was. She quickly got dressed and went outside. She didn't want to see Inuyasha. Not right now anyway.

When Sango woke up, Kagome wasn't there. She got ready for the day & went outside. While taking a walk near the village, she saw Miroku-flirting with some girls.
"MIROKU!!" She grabbed Miroku's ponytail & dragged him away from the girls.
"Wait- Sango that hurts- I wasn't flirting I swear!" Miroku said apoligetically.
"Ugh! Nevermind. Have you seen Kagome?"
"I thought she ws still sleeping."
"What! She wouldn't-" Sango thought to herself. "Miroku! Have you seen Inuyasha!?"
"Yeah. I think he's talking with Kiede right now though."
"Thank you!" And with that, she ran towards Kiede's hut.

Kagome layed in bed- her bed- away from Inuyasha- a whole era away. She was writing in her old notebook. She hadn't written in it since the day before she fell down the well. She was writing a song.

Deep down, she loved Inuyasha, but at the same time, she hated him. She hated that if she stopped Kikyo from hurting him, he hated her. She was just trying to help.
"Why.. why are you so stupid, Inuyasha!!" She said with tears pouring down her face as she smashed her pillow into her face.

"Inuyasha!" Sango shouted when coming into Kiede's hut.
Inuyasha looked up. "Jeez! I'm havin' a private conversation here. What'd ya want?" He shouted back.
"Have you *huff-huff* seen *huff-huff* Kagome?" Sango panted since she ran across the village to get here.
Inuyasha's eyes suddenly became sad. "No. I haven't."
"DANG IT." Sango ran out with tears in her eyes towards the well. "You should have said something Kagome. I want to help."

Sango fell at the well & leaned over. "Kagome! Please, come back!" She shouted into the well.

"Inuyasha. How do ye think Kagome knew where to find ye & Kikyo?" Kiede asked.
"I don't know. She probably spent ther whole day lookin' for me if I know her." He said, lying.
"Hmmmm..." Kiede wondered while looking down at the fire-pit. Then she look up. "Why don't ye explain what happened."

After Inuyasha explained what had happened when he was face-to-face with Kikyo & how Kagome jumped in, Kiede asked "Is that all?"
"Yeah." Inuyasha didn't want to tell about the conversation he overheard between Kikyo & Kagome. "Kagome.. are you really...like me?"

Sango was back at the village, talking with Miroku & Shippo.
"I thought for sure Kagome wouldn't go home this time." Shippo said.
"Yes, well I think she's getting sick of this. I'd say we leave her alone for awhile." Miroku answered.
"I'm getting sick of it too. Kagome's forgiven him so many times, I feel her pain. Inuyasha- always cheating on her." Sango said, giving Miroku a dirty look. "She must be hurting so bad inside. But, somehow I think this has more to do with than just Kikyo. Kagome's been a little different since she was having those migranes, & when I asked about she tried to act happy, but it was pretty fake sounding to me."
"Let's ask Kiede about it, I bet Inuyasha's talked with her about it."

Inuyasha was sitting by the well. "Should I go and say sorry?" But what about the conversation I overheard? Should I ask about that? No, Kagome won't want to talk about that." He sat there, wondering if he should go or not. Finally, he went back to the village.

"This is horrible. I forgot that Kikyo took my jewel shards. It's a good thing I came in the morning, otherwise people would have seen me. Great. Me & Inuyasha are mad at each other. I can get back to the time. AND I'm stuck as a half-demon."
"Kagome, here's your laund-." Sota burst through her down with a basket full of clothes, & saw Kagome. "Wow! Where'd you buy those ears! They look so real! Like Inuyasha's!"
"Oh, you like them? Thanks" She said smiling. Then her face went back to being serious. "But, they aren't fake."

All Sango heard was "SIT BOY!!!" & she knew she should go & help. She ran out of Kagome's room & down the hall. Kagome was just sitting in the tub. Probably thinking that she couldn't bathe, but she couldn't go get a towel because there's was gaping hole in the way.
"Kagome. Here!" Sango threw a towel to Kagome.
Kagome quickly wrapped it around her. "THANK YOU SO MUCH SANGO!"
Kagome ran around the hole & ran out of the bathroom to her room.

"CRAP!!" Inuyasha yelled, laying on the broken dinner table he had fell on.
Sango looked down the hole. "I told you not to go into the bathroom. But we don't listen to anyone, now do we?"
"Awww man..." Inuyasha said with his hand to his face.
"Here, I'll help you. We can use some of Kagome's mom's medicine on those cuts of yours"

Kagome finished getting dressed & walked out of her room. No use in wearing a hat, Inuyasha just saw her naked. She walked down into the dining room.
One look at the table & she knew her mom would be angry. Then again, she does like having Inuyasha around, so not as angry as she would be if he wasn't here.
"....sorry."
Kagome turned towards Inuyasha. "What?" Suprised he would ever say sorry to her.
"I'm sorry. When I think about it, you did what you had to. I'm just stuborrn like that." Inuyasha said quietly (& gently).
Kagome stared at him for a second or two & smiled. "Thank you."

Sango was sitting in the hall. "At least he said sorry to her. I was worried they wouldn't talk for awhile." She got up & walked into the room.
"OKAY! And since you came from our era that means you have a jewel shard, right?"
"I thought Kagome did."
"WHAT! We can't go back. Unless Miroku comes with a shard? That'll never happen." Sango was shocked.
"Inuyasha... I don't have a jewel shard with me." Kagome said.
"Oh. Ok. Good thing I brought one."
"WHAT!" "Phew! I was worried for a second. Otherwise, we'd be stuck here." Sango said.
"Uuummm..... Inuyasha, I know the whole me having ears is kinda awkward... so... can I hold on the the jewel shard?"
Inuyasaha had been wondering about bring that up, but he'd rather not. "Umm... sure. He hand the shard to Kagome. Kagome inserted it into her wrist & her ears dissappeard.
Silence.
"Um. So. Kagome, is it ok if you were to tell us about this half-demon... thing?" Inuyasha finally said.
"*sigh* ...My dad was a demon & since I always had a jewel shard, I think I sub-consciencly used it to keep me human. If I don't have a shard I turn into a half-demon, although the amount of time before I do varies a bit."

A day had passed since Inuyasha came to Kagome's time.
"Well! I guess it's time to go back!" Inuyasha reluctantaly said
"Knock-Knock*
"I'll get it!" Sango said, rushing to the door.
"Inuyasha! Wear this hat!" Kagome handed a hat to Inuyasha & he put it on.
Sango opened the door.
"Is Kagome here?"
Sango & Inuyasha gasped. "Akitoki?!?!?!" They said in unison.
"Hojo! Hey." Kagome said, inviting him in.
"I heard you got out of the hospital. I just wanted to make sure you feeling good."
"Oh. Oh yeah! I feel wonderful!"
"Really? That's great!! Because I was wondering if maybe, if you could, that you could go on a date with me tomorrow?"
"Oh umm..." She looked at Inuyasha. HE either didn't know what a date was or he didn't care. "I can't tomorrow... but how about Friday?"
"Ok! I'll pick you up at 8:00?"
"It's a date."
"Ok!"

"What was that all about?" Inuyasha questioned.
"I've got to come back on Friday, ok?"
"What's a Friday?"
"*sigh* I've got to come back in two days. In the meanwhile, we should go back to your time, Miroku's probably worried.

Back in the village Kagome & were finishing discussing the past few days.
"So, the fight between you & Inuyasha's over?" Miroku asked.
"Yeah." Kagome answered.
"Well," Moroku said, getting up. "I'm going to go talk to Sango."
"Ok."
Miroku went outside & saw Sango sitting on the hill. He was curious about what it felt like going through the well & seeing Kagome's world, so he went over to her to talk about it.
He sat down to the right if her. "How did you get through the well?"
"I don't exactly know but, I think there has to be someone one the other side of the well & you have to have close ties to that person."
"Well, I think that makes sense." An idea struck Miroku. "Do you think I could get through the well?"
"Probably."
"Do you want to try?"
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah, why not? We all can go when Kagome goes back to her era."
"What about Shippo?"
"Knowing Shippo, he'll be sad that we're all gone, & that'll trigger the well. Either that or he stays with Kiede."
"All right. I'll tell Kagome."

Inuyasha was perched on the rooftop of Kiede's hut, thinking. "Kagome's going back to see Ak--Hojo? Whe in the world is date?! He said he'd pick her up."Inuyasha imagined Hojo sweeping Kagome off her feet. "Why would he do that?" A thought struck Inuyasha. "It sounded like those two would be alone! So what if- what if 'picking her up' is a way to say 'have se-' Inuyasha was hysterical now. "I can't let Kagome go! NEVER!"
Kagome walked by the hut while on her was to the stream. "KAGOME!!" Inuyasha hopped off of Kiede's rooftop & ran to Kagome.
"What?" She said as she turned around.
"You can't go on a date with Hojo!"
Kagome's heart did a back-flip. She wanted Inuyasha to stop her from saying 'yes'. "Why? Are you..ya-know... jealous?" She said with a smirk.
"Wha-! No! I just don't think you should go. That's all."
"Why would you not want me to go? Do you even know what a date is?"
He looked around, he did want to have anyone hear.
Inuyasha wispered whhat his idea of a date was in her ear.
Kagome's face turned a deep red. Partly from embaressment, partly from anger that he'd even think that.
"WHAT!! EWWWWW! NOOOO!!! A date is when to people do out & have a good time together, just the two of them!!!"
Inuyasha was embaressed. How could he be so wrong? ".....oh. I guess then it's ok for you to go."
"Well, anyway I think I'll go back today." Kagome said as she turned & started towards the hut.
"Why?"
"Just..cuz."

Don't stop I was just getting into it. It's a very good story. It's almost believable as a real episode. But please keep writing. I want to know what happens next.

NO NO NO Don't stop write more i wanna hear the rest NOW!!! darn it write.
