I am attempting to create a new layout and I need opinions on how to improve it and what not. As it is really obvious that I suck at webdesign, any input would be greatly appreciated!
Meh finally decided to stick with what I have. Thanks for the input!

Did you create those graphics or are you using a template from another site? I've seen templates like that before, but I think it could work...depending on what the the site is going to showcase. If its a personal or fan site then you're great, but if its a professional or company site....then you'll need a new layout. (Unless you work with the co. that makes that manga, lol!)

That's why I'm afraid it's horrible.
Yes, it'd be a fansite, more or less, but not just Naruto.

I used to make designs like that all the time, I never used them though.
I've seen way wrose designs that; its actually not that bad. I'm guessing that the naviagtion would go above the content, right?
The thing that is bad though--the markup.

I like that very, very much. It's eye pleasing, and it seems quite advanced.
What bugs me a little is so much space to the left hand side xD. Maybe fix that possibly?
