Okay basically this is the ideas/recruiting/planning thread for an event I hope will run over the Hallowe'en weekend! (29th - 31st October if anyone has had a brain freeze xd )

The party will be a Masquerade theme - you're Fa'e WILL be dressed up! Otherwise its no fun!.
Now if your saying to yourself - well I dont like to/cant draw my Fa'e in a costume - this is where my happy helpers will come in. I'm recruiting people to draw the Fa'e in costumes and help with any events that might happen during the weekend.

There will be a contest going on - prizes for best costume, most original costume, funniest costume and possibly a couples costume prize if enough Fa'e are dressed in complimenting costumes.

The Fa'e art will be on the front page - as during the prom ( using Kamiki's idea here =)


So what im asking for here are volunteers to do the art needed, helpers for any events and a co-cordinator who will be around during the night when I'm asleep. (I'm on GMT so generally im in bed from 4-5pm PST )

Hmm that would be a good idea. It could be feasible with a thread that leads to different threads with pictures of spooky creatures - different ones depending on where you choose to, trap doors that lead to the outside if you go the wrong way, trick mirrors that make you look weird.

Will think about this definately =)

I'd be more than happy to draw fae in coustume. As well as help with anything else needed. 3nodding heart

I'll help with art'ness. ^_^ I can't really draw, my mouse isn't good enough for that, but I can CG over sketches? ^^

I could try my hand at drawing things. *nods* Maybe a few plots to lure ball-goers away, Halloween mischief and all? XD The trick-or-treat idea was good too.

Thanks Krista - i'll probably be bugging ya for help with the Haunted House if that idea goes through *grins*
The trick or treating idea would probably be set up with volunteers in a thread who offer their 'houses' as places to go for candy or not (if they want their house egged or tp'ed hehe ) The volunteers would get different coloured candy to hand out. Depending on how good the fa'e are at wheedling the candy out of the volunteers there would be a prize for the most collected.
Bags, eggs and tp would probably be little items drawn and handed out.
