Alan shifted in his chair, scribbling notes over several stacks of papers, a pause would come forth here and there as he stopped to read over another paper, then continue.
The empty room filled only with the noises of the air conditioning, and the taps and scratches of his pencil against paper... They were harder and louder than normal almost echoing through the room.

Then the writing slowed, Alan shifted his almost glowing eyes to a black object settled close to him. Eyes went back to the paper for a moment more, finishing his last thought, then he leaned back against his chair picking up the walkie-talkie. "Talia, How are you doing?" He dropped his finger from the button and waited... It was a common thing, she'd play outside and he'd simply check in every half hour or so.

But this time... There was no reply. His heart skipped a beat, though he didn't show it. "Talia?" he questioned again, trign to calmly explain she had just gotten too busy and didn't hear him.

Nothing.

Alan gulped, "Talia?!" There wasn't anythign coming, he decided, as he jumped form his seat, rushing over to practically rip the blinds of his window open. His eyes rushed this way and that over the parking lot... Nothing. just.. pavement.

Maybe she was behind one of the cars, he reasoned, darting to his phone. He slammed his fist down on the entercom button, heart racing and his voice showed it. "Any avalable technician needs to get outside! Find Talia!" He almost shouted... Normally, level headed... Clam, like nothing could ever phase him. However this was not the month nor the topic he was willing to be calm with.

With that stated he was out of his office, rushing to the stairs. The tech would get there faster than he, since he was positioned on the top floor of something that reached over 20. The first flight he simply leaped down, only to be met with a sharp pain at the bottum. Clenching his teeth and flinching he stumbled, grabbing hold of the hand rails to start down them two by two.

By the time he got outside techs were scattered all over the area, nearly 200 of them, searching through cars the sheep pin, over the edge of the now fenced in cliff.

365 had been choesn to do the worst job of them all, she was the boss's right hand technician... The pale woman slowly started foreward. Noticible by her overdone hair and dark circles under her eyes. Slowly, without a word, she held forth the Walkie Talkie's twin.

Alan froze, gulping some. He took it, giving a cold look as he 'shut down', atleast on the outside. "Call everyone with a dragon." he shot sharply, "It's time for their first mission..."

"Yes sir..." 365 replied, shifting back a bit from the look he'd just aquired.
