Samus, Kanden, Spire, Trace, Noxus, Sylux, or Weavel.

Samus, it's a no brainer. Besides, this fact has been proven, since Samus has already beaten Kanden, Spire, Trace, Noxus, Sylux, and Weavel.

you guys ... u really have to play Hunters first but then again most lvl 5 hunters are samus Damn u Boost bomb combo u too fast and strong

um lets look at the facts:
People who are 5 stars mostly got them from samus, those who got it with noxus probably used shadow freeze
if you can get good with spire, then he is one of the best (which is y i voted for him)
if anyone here has Metroid Prime Hunters... i will play yall to find out once and for all if you want...

In the guide, it says sylux is samus' equal. Trace is good too. I vote 3 way tie.

If it's Samus from hunters (as she is very watered down in hunters, less abilities, less shielding, less upgrades. that game and doesn't even get most of her weapons, instead pawns the other hunter's weapons off the) then it's a bit more fair and even.
If it was Samus from any other metroid game she'd be the top because she would have all those other abilities.
I don't agree that Sylux is Samus Equal, Sylux may use a copy of her suit, but by his preformance in the game he doesn't really compare to Samus Max (when I say max, I don't mean in hunters)

In an all-out battle, Samus would win due to the Speed Booster and Crystal Flash, however, Trace would be able to put up some massive competition due to the fact that he can make himself temporarily invisible.
