Hello, everyone. ^_^ For those of you who don't know me, I am Akina Tokuwa, Shina's new guardian while Eirnae is absent. Now, while I do know quite a bit about the storylines that Eirnae was planning for her, I really am not sure of where she stood in roleplays with the other Fa'e, excluding Hoshi. Sooo...
This leads me to my next point. If anyone has something that they think I need to know in reference to their character or Fa'e's relationship to Shina or Eirnae, please, please, please feel free to post it in this thread. If it is something that you would like to keep quiet, then my PM box is open to your messages.
I plan to bring Shina back with avengence, but I can't do that until Hoshi, Nyoka, and Akina discover her. You can all stay tuned for further updates on the storyline, but my point is that it is going to take a week or so for her to be open to roleplay with any other Fa'e.
And if anyone wants to help lighten my reading, they can even update me on the important roleplays that I might want to take a look at. Unfortunately, Shina's old journal has had several pages deleted, including the last roleplay I ever had with Shina. So anything on those pages, I really need other people to help me remember.
Thank you all. I hope to make all of Eirnae's OOC and Shina's IC friends comfortable with this adjustment, and I will try my best to do the character justice. Shina never met Zero... only Hoshi did, because IC Zero and Kae live next to each other.

According to Cakey, Rei (Shina's sister) will be going on quest to find Shina, so yeah. ^_^ I'm I think I'll explain more about their relationship when I have the time. Right now I'm doing 3 things at once and I'm bad at multi-tasking. xd sweatdrop
edit: Rei and Shina were sisters in their past lives. She was the Angel of Death, releasing souls from their mortal bodies, while Shina was the Angel of Rebirth. They were very close and loved each other a whole lot.
The reason for Shina's rebirth as a fa'e was because of Rei's suicide. Without a reaper to set free lost souls from their cages, Shina couldn't do anything, and she missed her older sister dearly. Thus, she sacrificed herself to set free those souls and to meet with her sister once more in a new life.
Rei and Shina care a whole lot about each other, but as they grew, they spent less time each other. However, Rei knew about the Starkeeper, Hoshi, since he was--and still--Shina's lover. She trusts him very much, but misses spending time with her.
And I think that's everything in a nutshell. ^^;

Silver was Shina's guardian in her past life. He tends to be very protective of her, and she tends to look to him for a solid place to stand when things start to get nuts. She also tends to treat him like a little brother at times though, giving bits of advice, and scolding him if he does something incredibly stupid.

Sati is a good friend of Shina's. Before Shina was absent Sati found out about Shina's pregnancy and vowed to be the babies protector ^_^
Sati also asked Shina to be her maid of honour at her wedding and Shina happily agreed (something I was holding off having until Shina came back =)

Roth tends to avoid Shina. Her powers have the (scary) effect of bringing out light/happy emotions in Roth. Naturally he is freaked out by this (Roth: It's a conspiracy! scream ) and while he doesn't hate her, he does see her as something to avoid. Prolly doesn't help that she's another angel and he's a demon ^^
Eirnae gave him nice jewellery when he was young tho. So she gets props from Roth for that.

Riven knows Shina from her past life as well - she and her sister, Rei, were among the few from the outside world that ventured into the Spirit Realm to treat the guardian as a person, instead of an automaton guard.
When they meet, he cherishes her presence and has a good deal of affection for her because of that shared past and all she did for him then.

I'm pleased to see that most of this I was familiar with; it makes me feel a little more prepared. But some of these things I wasn't so sure of so I hope no one minds if I ask some questions to help my search for Shina's true character. ^_^

I really don't want to do it right away because I know that is something that is very dear to Eirnae. Depending on what Kaekia says, we might make some plans, but... Shina would still love to be Sati's maid of honour, still! ^_^ Just let me get Shina back in action, and she can go dress shopping with Sati. XD

But I think what we agreed upon as that Shina sacrificed herself for these two reasons: To free those imprisoned souls from the the Void, and to be with her sister, Rei. Though from what I remember writing, Rei also called out to Yuumei in her dreams, thus becoming a fa'e--connecting to a guardian. As for who sacrificed her, all I remember and have reguarding that is this: Eirnae Natenhar Anya! *is still very worried about Ta-kun* Maybe he needs time to work it out? *is clueless what else she can do - besides locating Kapu* *notices Eirnae* Oh hello! You were saying you have strange dreams? What kind? Eirnae looks down to the floor, her pleasure at meeting the caretaker of the Fa'e HQ suddenly replaced by cold shivers just underneath her skin as her nerves quiver at the memory of her repetative dreams. Somehow she feels as if she could speak of such things with this woman, though they have just met. Who better to tell, than the supposed finder of these gifted children when she suspected one was..calling to her? "I...I have been having the same dream over the past several weeks. At first it only came to me with blurry images and sounds, and it felt as if something was in the way of me receiving the entirity of it. I remember wishing that this barrier would go away...but now...now I'm almost to the point of wanting it back." Alimus 'rrrr's softly to his Eirnae, cuddling into her before she continues with her gaze still on the floor and not Anya herself, "The visions became more and more clarified over the last few nights. In them I am myself, yet not myself. I watch as all those I care for are either struck down or die of their own violation, yet I know it is my calling to never die...that I can never see them again. I am the one who leads them to their place of rest and then have to turn and go back to the world of the living. The sadness...the lonliness...it's sometimes too much to bear." She cannot keep the tears from welling up in her eyes and she lets them fall, two wet drops that make tiny puddles on her leather pants. "And then 'the sacrifice' comes..." She shudders, and Alimus flattens his ears to his skull, lowering his head into his mistress's lap to lick up her tears and then rub. "I don't know all the reasons why, but I then see people...priests I think...a ritual is performed so that I can die. I must die so the others can return, for the world needs them...it's the only way..." She shakes her head, the tears now a stream down her cheeks. "F..forgive me, I need a moment." She buries her face in Alimus's fur and sobs quietly. This is from back in January or February... before Shina was born when Eirnae has a dream about Shina. ^^; Hope that helps in any way. Silver was guarding the door, fighting of a horde of things that wished to stop the sacrifice. He didn't know exactly what was happening, and blaimed himself when he found her dead, suiciding so that he could follow her to the next life. Problem being he didn't quite make it to the void, so he kept reincarnation over and over looking for shina, always being attracted to people of power.

I agreed with you when you intially said that, and then I added on the bit about her trapped in the Void. I think we had a mini-miscommunication. I didn't mean to sound like I was invalidating what you said about Rei and Shina, if that is what you thought. ^_^" Because I totally agree with you on that!
