On the farthest edges of town there are two main large drain pipes that stick out of the earth, that filter out the towns water from rainstorms. It was built long ago before the town was even built and a rumor of a hidden passage lies within it which leads to a map and treasure. Many tried to find it, but they all failed. There are tons of passage ways and man holes that lead all around under the city. At one point it was used for smugglers and was put to a stop. Now a few guards patrol the area to the openings, but it's easy to slip by them.

Lyke walked along top of the giant sewer pipe. The one she was on was on the farthest end of town. No one came out here. Only the gaurds that patrolled it. But, she timed it right today. They would be on break for half an hour. Enough time for her and Calico to slip in. Her bag of supplies was slung over her shoulder and she dropped it off the edge onto the little platform infront of the opening.

*pulls out his knife and starts running through different tunnels. he scratches an X on each corner so he can keep track of the areas he has been through*

"Well, there's a drop somewhere here, soon. We'll be wading in sea water for a bit. Hope it's not cold." As they kept walking, the piped started an decline. A symbol that it was near the drop and there was no light for Lyke to be able to see. Calico's cat eyes made her able to see in the dark. She then jumped unsure of how deep the water was, but she could land on her feet from great heights. If anything, she could catch Alanna. She landed. It was quite a long drop. Maybe two stories at estimate and a splash was heard as she landed. The water was knee high. "Captain! Jump! It's a long fall, but I can catch you!" She was pretty sure her human legs wouldn't be able to withstand a jump that steep, but Lyke had surprised her before.

Lyke was not completely average. She had been able to survive falls greater then this. But most of those weren't intened. She wasn't one to accept help so easily but if she broke something this early in the stage would be stupid. "Scoot over a bit. " She called down to Calico. She waited a few extra seconds before lighting a match and throwing it down. The flame showed a few pipes sticking out of a nearby wall. The flame went out with a tsst after hitting the water. Remebering where the pipes were she leaped off with her hands open, grabbing hold of the first pipe, dangling from it. She let go and dropped quickly to the second pipe. She lit another match and let it drop getting a new veiw of her surroundings. Another pipe was nearby but it was far down. She jumped from the current pipe and grabbed hold of the last one, swining around and letting go to land in the water with a splash.

*keeps sitting and finishes what he was eating. it was darker than he thought so he pulled out his flashlight*

Calico was the speed of the two and her legs carried her fast in his direction. She tackled him, pretty much and sliced at his stomach with her claws. They weren't taking chances and now that Calico was close to him, she smelt blood on him and not his that she drawn. The sneak attack was dirty, but pirates never were much for code. "Go, captain! You don't need the map!" Calico quickly withdrew her hand that sliced his stomach and followed her. Her speed made her catch up to the girl and eventually pass her. She grabbed to a metal ladder that led up and to a man hole. They would have to venture the tunnel another day. The cut she gave him wasn't deep enough to cause heavy damage, but it would keep him occupied and slowed down from catching them as they made their swift and safe escape from the sewers.

The foot prints they left led him straight into a vendor that was infront of a dead end wall. Lyke had caught onto Calico for a ride to the rooftops. Quickly they took thier shoes off and jumped off the opposite side of the building, now walking casually like they just strolled into town. They caused no disturbences that led to thier location as they headed off to the bar.
