Duncan Macduff

Hearing of this woman who had a proposal for a new show, Duncan's interest was piqued. He came to the theatre and had Francis and Pheobe meet him there, to hear the story behind this person's ideas. If it sounded good enough, he would still put his money into it.

To Francis: So, where is this mystery woman of yours?

To Duncan: She'll be here soon, don't worry.

Raising an eyebrow: This better not be a complete waste of time...

Entering: Don't worry, it won't be.

*turns around*

To Pheobe: Oh, you're here. Let's get started.

*sits next to them in one of the red-cushioned seats*

To them both: Let's see, where should I start. You see, I've never done something like this before.

Sardonically: You can't possibly have stage fright. You were a reporter for years.

*glares at Duncan*

To Pheobe: It's okay, just start at the beginning.

*smiles slightly at Francis*

Clearing her throat: Thank you. Ahem. Well, to be bland, it started almost twenty years ago--nineteen to be exact. Now, you'll have to forgive me if I am not too clear on some of the details as I was not there at the very beginning, so I shall only tell it to you as it was told to me, quite a number of years ago.

To Pheobe: Don't worry, it's understandable if you have some trouble. I mean, it was so long ago.

To Francis: Thank you. Well, as I understand it, for some time, the Renaissance Charity Guild was holding a number of events where they would give away free items to the guests.

To Pheobe: Wait a minute, you don't expect us to believe that you were actually there, do you?

To Duncan: Shhh!
PostPosted: Fri Jun 30, 2006 12:49 pm

Clearing her throat again: As I was saying, the guild had been holding a number of events throughout the time it was open. This time, however, there was something that happened that nobody could have seen happen.

Now, you see, during the time that Mocha and Veli, the then-owners, were planning the event to be known as "The Bal Masque", there were two other people whom had never met Mocha nor Veli. These two people, Rosalind and her fiance Orlando, had a great effect on the following events.

To Pheobe: Really? How?
