Do you already have the 500g trading pass? If not, you'll have to buy that before the 1000g vending license.
When asking others for a donation, try not to use the crying emoticons. It doesn't help your cause and makes people not want to donate. ^^;;; Just a tip to remember in the future. ^__^
Take a few polls and make a few posts~ You'll have that last 300g in no time. ^^
