Freckles by Yuki from Rurouni Kenshin and Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru from Kingdom Hearts, that's a video game though.

Also, my friend recently let me borrow his Noir DVDs. I can't say I really like the series (I've been branded the 'samurai-type'), but it has some really good music in it.

I listen to a lot and its hard to pin just one song down. Right now I'm listening to the Escaflowne sound track. 'Shadow of a Doubt' is my favorite.
