Well, as some may know, Rei, Merinda( AKA artist friend, or whatever else I call the unknamed person) and I are creating our own manga. We hope to be getting it published by Tokyopop eventually. A small summary is that the clans of neko-jins and inu-jins have been fighting for many years. The current leader of the canines is a wolf, our villian named Sidartha. The cats leader is rather irrelavent to life. Anywho, the leader of the last clan of humans gets really sick of this war, and goes to a hermit, her friend Nikolai, who then selects three young warriors, from reasons that I'm too mean to say. The main characters are all female, but it's not a psycho fanservice fest. In reality, these three are based of off us. The main characters are Rei, Natsura and Akina (Yeah, that's where my username comes from. Rei's always been Rei, so...*shrugs*) and the bad guys are Sidartha, Zakai ( O_o;;;; eheh...) and Kaikara. In addition to Merinda's lovely art, which I have full permission to show, i'll also show some random stuff. For example, my art ( Coming soon) and her random stuff. And I mean random. Hmmm, that dead Cloud is oddly reminiscent of how my school papers look. xd Only mine are stick figures. And involve odd settings like falling off a cliff onto spikes. Though... I think one of them DID involve him getting shot by an arrow.... Heh heh heh. twisted
I wish I had more confidence in drawing. Then I might actually post more of my stuff...

Wow, that looks really good, you guys have some talent! keep polishing that and I think you have a Shoe-in for the "Rising Stars of Manga"
Oh! Oh!! it reminds me of a pose I did at Expo while I was "Sephiroth". there was a 'dead' cloud face down on the ground, I had one boot on his back and was stabbing a praying Aeris just beyond him!!! WHOOTNESS!!!
Of course... the next pic involved ME on the ground with about 5 Aeris's stomping me..... stare stare but we won't go into that.

Thanks! That's what we're hoping for, but we may just mail it to them, since they publish things even without rising stars. Or we'll find an alternate publisher ^^;;

In addition to our manga, me and our art slave are now planning a webcomic for the near future. It's the daily adventures of my character, Shiyaa. The boy who looks girlier then me when I wear a dress ^_^ Why do this? Because Shiyaa's cute ^_^ i waill be doing story, Ryou will be doing art ^_^ Next up, we have a few characters that'll actually be in our manga. Two of which may be familiar if you are in the AS RPs. Shiyaa! My lovely little pet! Even though he was created as a youkai for RPs, in the manga, he's human in the manga. Humans are an endangered race, and of course one of the few males left hates females with a passion =_= Kairin Another human, this is also one of my characters. Like Shiyaa, the manga wasn't her original use. In fact, she is one of my Saiyuki characters! Shiyaa's first born daughter ^_^ In the manga, she isn't related to Shiyaa, however, and is merely a human. Caius One of Rei's characters. The half demon, half angel is now the babysitter of the human queens guard. He also is human XD That's it for now~
