About Axel
Axel is very loyal to and protective of people close to him. He'll do anything to make sure his friends and family are safe, and loves to sneak around having fun and likes teasings his little sister as to keep up his appearance.

So I grew today, this is so cool! I feel so big, and Evadne and Niara seem so much smaller, I can't wait until they grow, then we're going to play together all the time!

Darsuin Mountains (Axel and Sora after agreeing to race to the mountain) Axel grinning as he jump over a small stream, leading up to a bigger river. "I didn't get a head start, you just started before me!" He called over his shoulder, along with the laughter that having fun brought along with it. When he reached the base of the mountain, he stopped running and turned around. A grin on his face, he gave Sora a 'thumbs up' while he tried to catch his breath, his face slightly flushed from all the running.
Sora laughs and skids to a halt near the other drakechild, "Ack!" he trips over his own big feet and tumbles onto his face again. He lay still for a couple of seconds.
Axel grin faded before he laughed again, heading over to the other boy. He bent he knees and rested one hand on them before holding out his other hand to help Sora up. "You need to learn how to stop, y'know. These falling spells can't be good for your face. What is Evadne going to think when she starts seeing bruises everywhere?" He said with a smirk.
Sora lifts his head up, glaring at Axel slightly. "I can't help it. I'm clumsy." he pulls himself up on his own, kneeling by Axel. "And could you please stop with Evadne?"
Axel nodded "sorry, alright. I'm done with the joking now." He dropped his hand and stood up "I'm really sorry, I was just playing around, and you're not that clumsy, don't worry, the grounds a bit loose here with sand and stuff, anybody could have fallen!" He spoke with a soft smile, feeling really bad about teasing Sora now.
He glances at Axel, blinking slightly as he dusts himself off. "Thanks for trying to cheer me up. But I've always been like this. Tripping over nothing, my own feet, random objects on the ground, the sorts." he shrugs, his drake peering around his waist.
Axel smiled as he shook his head slightly, "don't be silly, it could happen to anyone. What's going on is you're looking foreward instead of looking down, that's a good thing, don't mistake it for 'clumsyness'." He looked up to the mountain than back down to Sora "wanna go up this thing a bit?" He asked with a grin.
Sora thinks about that for a moment and nods, "I guess your right." he looks up the mountain and smirks, "Of course I do."
Axel grinned as he started walking up the mountain, wondering how long it would take, then figuring out he didn't really care much. "So, you have any other siblings besides Donner and Ewiges?" He asked as he moved around a big rock.
"Elata and Lillia. I'm the youngest." he nods and climbs up the rock that Axel went around, jumping to another one and waiting for the shadow drake to catch up. "Next oldest is Donner, then Elata, then Ewiges, and lastly Lillia." he wobbles slightly, arms flailing for a moment until he catches his balance.
Axel grinned, Sora wasn't as clumsy as he thought. He followed Soras example by jumping from small rocks to other small rocks, "That's cool, having a big family like that. I only have Evadne, so I'm the oldest... meaning that I'm going to have to take care of her, I'm happy she's at home sleeping right now, or else I'd have to be there watching her." Stumbling over a loose rock, he flailed his arms around a bit before he suddenly stopped and placed his hands at his hips, proud at his non-falling achievement.
Sora grins, "Your lucky. Just you and your little sister." he grins and hops up onto a rock beside Axel. "I gotta deal with brothers that always wanna fight each other. Plus Donner hits hard." he rubs his head and winces slightly.
Axel paused in thought "Yeah, but I wish I had another brother, I mean... it must be more fun with lots of brothers." Turning to Sora he smirked "Donner hits hard? So hit him back!" He said while leaning against a rock slightly.
The lightning drakechild thinks for a moment, "Well, if we become good friends I guess that'd be like brothers." he grins then shrugs, "I did once, he hit back even harder, knocked me out." He shudders slightly. "And the other two don't wanna teach me how to fight better. I don't even wanna bother asking Lillia. She scares me."
Axel turned to Sora and grinned "That'd be cool!" Flinching slightly at Sora's next words, he frowned "what kind of big brother is that, ick. If I get any more siblings, I'm never going to be like that!" He paused for a second before speaking again "Well... if I learn how to fight, I can teach you... or Roxas, but I don't think he would either, have you met Roxas before?"
Sora grins and hops up onto the next rock ahead of him, turning around after making sure he wouldn't fall off to face Axel, "Donners' kinda wierd. Seeing as he's a golden thunder drakechild. He's apparently been rough since he was little." he shrugs it off, shaking his head at the question, "No, I've only met you outside the family. Well, you and your sister." he nods. "It'd be cool to meet him though, then all three of us could learn together." he grins gleefully.
"Wait, you mean the type of Drake you are determines your personality? Then I must be really messed up, because I'm a shadow drake, but I've been told I can harness a fire power too. Maybe one day I'll be powerful enough to hit Donner so he'll get knocked out!" He grinned at the thought. "I bet Roxas would love to learn with us, I wonder where he's been? I haven't seen him since... before I grew!"
Sora shrugs, "No clue. He's the only golden thunder drake I've seen, and Elata is the only male of his type. The other is a little girl from what i've heard." he nods, shrugging slightly. "Ma said that the only way to really get a water drakechild is if a fire and ice type breed. And I'm sure Ewiges isn't that interested in girls just yet." he grins and leaps to another rock, almost falling off of it. "Whoa!" He flails his arms and finally regains balance. "Hee. But yeah, harnessing fire sounds pretty cool. I dunno what I might hold." he shrugs. "Heheh, maybe we both can knock him out. That'll be soo cool! As for Roxas, maybe you can go search for him later on. I'll help out if I can." he nods.
Axel tilted his head slightly "A water drake? That's what Evadne is!" He said, excited from the knowledge that his little sister was the only other water drake besides Elata.
Pulling himself up to sit on the big rock, he grinned "Yeah, I can't wait until I can do all the cool stuff I'm supposed to! And if we did, he wouldn't know what hit him, he'd probably never want to fight you again!" He joked as he began to nod.
"Yeah, that'd be cool. But we can look for him later, he could be anywhere and I'm not willing to search all the areas around here," he said with a grin as he got comfortable.
Sora beams gleefully, "The two of them should get to know each other. Elata was delighted to find out that he wasn't the only one of his kind." he climbs up onto the rock, sitting beside Axel, giggling slightly at the image he'd just gotten. "That would soo be awesome if he didn't. But knowing him and his attitide about things, he'd probably wanna kill me." he shudders slightly then shrugs. "Neh, I'll have my buddies to help me out." he grins gleefully. "And that's cool, we'll look for Roxas some other time."
Axel grinned "When she grows I'll definitely have you inform him, she'd be interested to know that she's... rare? Well, a rare type of Drake, anyways. As long as she doesn't try to give him a flower," He grinned as he scratched the back of his head.
"I don't get why she likes giving people flowers so much, when I played with Niara and her, Evadne kept finding flowers to give us, I guess she's just a giving person... but it's weird."
"Maybe if we're lucky, Roxas will find us, and if it's soon, we can start plotting against Donner!"
Sora grins and laughs, "True. Elata can be like that sometimes too, but he's mostly a lazy guy. Doesn't do much around the house." he shrugs and scratches his chin, looking up into the sky. "Whoa! What's that!" he points up at the dark shadow flying across the sky.
Axel grinned "All Evadne does around the house is try to make people smile, but I guess it could be because of her age, or maybe she'll still go around with a basket of flowers... Probably not. I mean-"
As the two got covered in the dark shadow, Axel's eyes went wide "No way, is that a dragon? It's huge! You don't think it'll come eat us, do you?" He asked jokingly, the grin on his face widening as he watched it fly.
Sora pales slightly as the dragons shadow covers them. "It's huge." he mumbles, glancing at Axel, "I sure hope it doesn't. I so do not wanna be eaten." he shudders.
Axel chuckled "don't worry man, it wont eat us. If the dragon went around eating people, I'm sure our moms wouldn't let us come here. We just have to not provoke it and we'll be fine!"
Watching it fly away, his grin faded to a smile "but if it comes here, I'll protect you!" He lifted an arm to pretend to show off his childish muscles, before laughing and almost falling off his rock, he dropped his hand to steady himself, but continued laughing before he turned to Sora and grinned.
"We'll be fine as long as we stay away from Mr. Dragonface."
Sora grins sheepishly, "Sorry if I seemed whinney." he grins as Axel nearly falls off the rock, "Careful there."
Axel shrugged as he steadied himself "whiney? Who's whining? Getting eaten is definitely something to be freaked out about... as long as you're smaller than it. If it's something like a tiny lizard or bug, then it's whining."
"I think I got it now, no more falling for Axel," he said with a grin.
Sora grins, "You got a point." he laughs softly, "Wish there was no more falling for me."
Axel grins as he leans back on the rock "you have to stop talking like that, when you think like that it gets stuck in your brain that you're a clumsy person, so you'll always be clumsy. You gotta keep your chin up and look foreward, be happy so that even though you may stumble you'll never fall."
He looked from Sora to the sky and smiled "memorize that and you'll go far... ew, listen to me trying to be all philosphical and junk." He grinned, keeping his gaze upward.
Sora listens and nods, "True. I'll do my best to keep that in mind." he grins and looks up also, laughing slightly, "It's ok to be like that sometimes. Makes' you an interesting person." he laughs and stands up, streatching out. "It's nice out." he nods and hops off the rock, landing easily on a rock nearby.
Axel beams, "am I really? That's so cool!"
As he listened to Sora jump and land perfectly on the rock he instantly looked down and pointed at him "Ha! I knew you could do it!"
"Huh?" He lost concentration as he was standing up and wobbles, "Ack!" he flails and falls off the rock, landing on his back. He coughs and winces. "Ooowwch."
Axel flinched as he saw Sora fall, "Oh man, I should've figured that would happen, good going Axel!" He said before jumping off his rock and landing in front of Sora.
Again, he held out his hand for Sora to take "sorry man, that didn't sound very comfortable."
Sora blinks, looking up at Axel, "I think...I'm just gonna lay here for a bit. It hurt a little more than it sounded." the youth winces slightly again.
Axel frowned, before slowly smiling "you sure? Well if you are, I have a nice soft coat you can use for a pillow. It's all nice, and soft, and coaty... I mean... that didn't make sense, but let's pretend it did."
"So, any long-term damage, or did you just bump the ground too hard?" He asked as he tried to examine the fallen boy on the ground.
"I think I just knocked the wind out of myself. Thats' all. I'll be fine after a moment." he grins and blushes slightly. "Thanks for the offer on your coat, but i'll be fine."
Axel grinned "well, as long as you're sure." He laid down on the ground next to Sora and crossed his arms behind his head, using them as a pillow "Man, I really wasn't kidding, this is comfy. If it was night time, I'd so be asleep in two minutes." Closing his eyes he got himself comfy and smiled.
"Alrighty, take your time."
Sora chuckles and sits up after a bit, "Really? Huh, if its' that comfy I wouldn't be surprised." he grins and rubs his head, where he seemed to have hit first.
Axel opened his eyes and watched Sora sit up and rub his head "take it easy man, if you hit your head you should really take it slowly." He quickly stood up and stood in front of Sora and held out his hand again.
"We don't need you loosing your balance because you hit your head, so take my hand this time, hm?" He smiled in a non-teasing way.
Sora glances up at Axel, grinning gently, "I'll try to be more careful." he takes the offered hand and stands up. "Thanks for worrying though."
Axel grinned "no problem man, anytime." Holding his hands at his waist he looked around the area once more, "Well, I've had enough of this mountain for once day, race you to the bottom?" He suggested, looking ready to run at any moment.

Wow, I grew again. This is so awesome. I even got a pair of chakrams, they're so ... even more awesome? I don't know.
Well, I can't wait until I meet some of my other friends, maybe they've grown too?

Nightshade Fields (Axel and Evadne meeting up with Roxas.) Roxas stood in the fields, with his hands in his pockets and leaning against a crooked tree. "I wonder where Axel and Evadne are," he said aloud.
Speaking of the two, Axel was now walking through the fields while carrying kid-sister Evadne in a piggy-back ride. Looking around the fields, Axel looked for a place to drop Evadne in, particularily a lake of some sort. He chuckled at the thought before he saw a familiar face, it had grown but it was still the same face.
"ROXAS!" Evadne scrambled to get off of Axel's back and ran up to the other, jumping up to tackle him in a big hug.
A big grin on his face, he laughed and jogged over to the tree where Roxas stood, "Hey man, it's been awhile, eh?"
Roxas patted Evadne's head," It sure has. Man, you two've changed alot." He stood up and tossed Evadne into the air, then catching her. "I like those weapons of yours by the way," he looked at Axel with a kind smile.
Evadne squeaked from being tossed into the air before she burst into a fit of giggles and wrapped her arms around Roxas in a hug, "How come you disappeared? I had to find another guy to hang out with."
Axel grinned "Oh you like playing with Sora, don't pretend you don't." Looking down at his chakrams he spun them slightly "thanks, they're pretty wicked, though I don't believe I've used them for fighting. That looks interesting, what is it?" He asked, motioning to the key-looking thing.
"Oh, thats my Keyblade. Snazzy name, no,"Roxas said jokingly. He looked back down at Evadne and shrugged,"Just traveling around with my mother. But who's this Sora kid you guys are talkin' about?"
Evadne looked at the keyblade and tilted her head slightly, "A keyblade? Y'don't say... Sora's got one of those, he handed it to me to look at and it zapped back into his hands." She then looked up as a wicked grin spread across her lips. She jumped up and grabbed a branch on the tree and began climbing.
Axel grinned "Oh, it's very snazzy. Much better than 'chakrams', that's for sure, mine sound like some kind of food and- Be careful Eva!" He warned, watching Evadne carefully as she climbed the tree.
"Sora's this guy we met a little while ago, he kind of reminds me of you actually. You two should meet, you'd probably enjoy each others company."
"Way to sound like an adult Axel!" Evadne said in a teasing voice as she waved down at the two down below. "Sora's cool, he gave me a book and it's really interesting, then we talking about 'knights in shining armor' and stuff."
"And when was this?"
"When you were watching Freya."
Axel's nodded in acknowledgement, "oh guess what Roxas, we have another baby, her name's Freya." A soft smile was on his face as he mentioned his little sister.
"She's really pretty!" Evadne stated from above.
"Dang, wish I had a sibling. It sucks being an only child,"Roxas kicked a stone onto his keyblade, which appeared in his hand with a bright light. "Sora sounds pretty cool, but he has a keyblade too? Freaky, thought I was the only one,"he rubbed the back of his head,"Y'oh well. So..... what now?"
"Lets go on an adventure!" Evadne grinned as she started climbing back down the awkward tree and sitting on the lowest branch, her feet swinging ever-so-slightly. "Yeah, well you guys are similar, so that's probably why you both have one."
"Where can we go out on an adventure, Eva?" Axel asked as his chakrams disappeared, "I don't really feel like travelling to a mountain, or any other place here. This field is nice, calm and relaxing, don't you agree princess Eva?" He said, a grin on his lips as he teased her with her odd nickname.
Roxas rubbed his chin," Cute. You know I haven't been anywhere else but the fields. Lets go someplace else. How about that one Cavern place I've been hearin' about. It sounds creepy enough."
"Cute? What's cute?" Evadne asked, slightly confused. "A cavern? That sounds awesome, what kind of cavern is it?" She asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "Can we go Axel, can we?"
Axel walked over to her and grabbed her around the middle, placing her on the ground and grinned "of course, it sounds like fun. Will you lead the way Roxas, I don't believe I know where it is." He clasped his hands together behind his neck and grinned.
"I meant cute as in, your nickname. Princess Eva,"Roxas said, pretending to do a low englishman bow to her. "Well the problem is, I don't know if its alright to go in or not. You see its the Karshu Cavern I'm talking about."
Evadne giggled at the bow, not sure if she should curtsy or something, she settled for listening to the conversation.
"Hm... Karshu Cavern, I've heard of that place, I heard it was dangerous. Dangerous isn't always a bad thing, but how bad is it, I haven't heard many things from there. It actually sounds quite fun, the only problem I know of is," He trailed off and glanced at Evadne.
"Oh don't you dare go treating me like a little child," Axel chuckled and raised his eyebrows "Alright, maybe I am, but I'm not little!" She crossed her arms over her chest and grinned "I wanna go on an adventure!"
Roxas patted Evadne on the head,"Well then, lets go. We won't treat you like your little, right Axel?" He held onto Evadne's hand and waved towards Axel,"C'mon! If I'm goin' to one of the most dangerous places here, then I expect my best friend to come join me!"
"Thank you!" Evadne beamed as she held out her free hand for Axel to take.
"I dunno man, I might get scared and run away, you gonna be there to hold my hand?" He teased as he took Evadne's outreached hand and started walking.
"Har Har," Roxas said, rolling his eyes,"Anyway, anything else happen while I was away?"Karshu Cavern Axel shrugged "well, the earth blew up, but it's not that important." He jested as they walked into the mouth of the cave.
Evadne's eyes grew wide as they walked in, "this place is so cool!" She looked up at Roxas and grinned "Nothing happened, Axel's just trying to be funny. We just hung out with Sora and Niara a bit." She nodded.
Roxas nodded,"Cool." The moment they walked in however, he noticed that what looked like a million eyes were staring at them. "Okay.... what're they staring at?"
Evadne looked at the eyes and seemed almost intrigued by the eyes in the shadows. She slipped her hands out of Roxas' and Axels before heading to a corner of the cavern.
Axel was examining someone he saw on the walls, when he felt Evadne's hand slip from his "Evadne! Get back here!" He called out as he turned to look at her,
she looked back at him and smiled "I'm fine Axel, stop worrying."
Roxas shook his head,"It still isn't a good idea to wander off, Eva. You could get lost in here."
Evadne grinned, so much for an adventure. "I wasn't going to go far, this place is just so interesting!"
Axel rolled his eyes and matched her grin with his own "Well of course it is, you've never been here before, just stay close Eva."
Roxas looked around,"You guys want to go any deeper or do you just wanna stay here?"
Evadne grinned and walked over to the walls, tracing a pattern with her finger, "I don't want to go any deeper, we might meet the bodies that belong to the eyes."
Axel shrugged "doesn't matter to me, this place is interesting enough for me. As long as Evadne's fine here, I don't see a reason to change where we are."
"We should play a game... what kind of game could we play in here though?" Evadne wondered.

Oh wow, so today Evadne, Niara and Milla grew, what a shocker. Not really much for Evadne, I didn't really see her much today actually.
Niara and Milla really blossomed though, they're so beautiful. It's been a while since all three of us hung out together...
Then things started going weird. Niara and me started playing around, lady Niara, lord Axel, Milla just stood there rubbing up against me, me and Niara almost kissed then, but Milla interrupted us by trying to join in with our game finally, before she left to go to sleep....
So I pulled Niara aside and talked about that moment when we almost kissed, I wasn't sure if I should have, I mean it could've all been a mistake and I could've lost the comfortable friendship with Niara forever... but I had to risk it, at first I thought I was wrong, but after we talked a bit more... I kissed her, it was so wonderful and... yeah. redface
So then she left to go home as well, I was so happy that this day turned out the way it did, it was so perfect... but I have the feeling Milla likes me, like that, and I don't want to hurt her... how can I break the news to her gently? I have no clue.
