Kat looked over her list, frowning at the total number of shots... Luckally it would be fairly easy, one initial p***k then all could be inserted through the intial peice.

The kindergarden teacher had heard some problems with the preteen's shots... something about a needle breaking. So she wanted to make sure she had all the precautions met for each child... They were all scheduled, one after the other, all she had to do was call them in.

So now.. Alaqua, Koala... It didn't seem like there'd be any issue with the shots. No signs of ill-temper, her fur wouldn't be too thick... All looked good.

And since everything was set up, the purple-haired teacher and nurse of sorts turned to return to the lobby, or something that was closest to a lobby. "Alaqua?" She questioned the room.

Kat smiled softly, leading the two down the hall and into the room she had prepared. "This should only take a few minutes. Just sit down in that table and place your arm up there." She pointed. No needles were present in the room, all safely stashed away until they actually needed to be used. "And it shouldn't hurt a bit... If it does, that's just a nerve in your skin. We can't really see them, so we can't avoid them... but most of hte time they're not there."

Kat nabbed a cotton ball, dipping it in the alchohal she had set out. Then moving over to do some swipes of it around the area, shifting the fur out of the way with the wet substance. "This sterolizes your arm, that means that any germs waiting to get in will die so they can't get in when we do the shot, okay?"
Kat was always cheerful, and fairly explanitory... She always found it helped when she had to get shots. "You know, I was scared of shots too for awhile."

"Yep." She offered another warm smile. "But then i realized that it hardly hurt, and it was good for me. The worst part of it had always been me getting scared. Look over there please?" she gestured to a colorful poster ont he wall, several animals all playing around a wateringpool. Not that it made much sense to a scientist... The animals would never be found in the wild together, nor would they play together.. But it worked well for the children, and Kat, though alone, she liked it.

When the child looked away, Kat whipped out the first shot, filling it with the first vaccination, then putting her hand over Ala's arm so that the little girl wouldn't get a chance to see the actual needle. The scariest part had always been how long said needle was. "Alright, there'll be a slight pinch. You ready?" She then waited patiently for the girl to give her the okay.

Kat smiled, with the go ahead she carefully slipped hte needle in. She was quite skilled with it actually, she'd personally had to get DNA samples from animals before... Dangerous ones, and she prided herself on the fact none of them seemed to notice. Not to mention she'd have to give herself the occassional shot here and there...

Either way, the needle was in now.. and the first shot allready inserted. She decided agains the tape, due to ala's fur, instead using a steady hand to keep it in place as she switched out the vials. Luckally for Ala D-corp had the latest equipment in shots, a very sucessful version of a needle with removable and replaceable vials. One p***k and you got everything done.

In a a few seconds Kat was nearly done with all the shots, "Almost there, just a few more. You're doing great."

Kat smiled, pulling out the needle, quickly replacing it with a cottonball and colorful bandaid. "All done! Just so you know, Dcorp made these bandaids, just leave it on until it naturally falls off. It reacts with fur, and that way you won't get any painful fur pulling." she nodded, Alan had been really smart to get a group working on such things... It made Kat happy to think that they were really looking out for the kids. "And, if your mom says it's okay, you can have a lolipop for being such a good girl!" Kat announced, looking back to the mother as she went for said lolipop jar.

Kat smiled, holding out the jar to the little girl. "Now, I can only give you one.. since i have to save some for the other kids, but which flavor would you like?"


Once all that had been decided Kat walked the two back to the exit, bidding them farewell and to have a nice day. Only pausing to breifly warn the mother in private. "Ala will probably get a mild fever, just use some child's medication for fever reduction if you need. Other than that, that should be it.. If any complications arise, call D-corp. We have staff on hand at all times."

Kat waved, before looking back to her clipboard. The next on the list.. A dolphin girl. "Delphinidae?" Kat called out to the room, glancing around.. Normally del's name might have been hard, but Kat had met everyone at some point or another, and actually kept to remembering each of them. Del was the one that liked salior moon right?

"Hello." Kat smiled warmly as she lead the two back behind the first door, leading them to a room simmalar to the one Ala had been in, though not the same since that one was now being tidied up by a few of the tech.

"Take a seat on the examination table, please." She gestured to the table she spoke of, glancing once more over the file on Del, before nodding to herself and setting it aside to start with some casual warm up conversation. "I saw you were reading something... What was it?" Kat moved over, taking a bottle of alchohal out as she spoke. She placed a cotton ball atop it, giving it a quick dip over.
