Binifu yawned as she uncurled slightly, she'd been asleep in one of the many dens she and the little traveling pack had stayed in on their nights traveling. Sometimes she wondered when they'd get to their place they would be calling home, sometimes she was just happy to have a dry spot to sleep. Not that it rained often in africa, anyways.
She scrambled from the spacious den and moved into the night, paws stretching as she headed away, hoping she did not wake any of the others. She was headed for a hill not too far off, one she thought looked like it'd be nice to sit on. Her gaze flickered toward the stars, she was in a thinking mood. Which was rare, but they happened.

Surprisingly, another member of the pack had been awaken when Binifu had. Miremba, deep in thought herself, could not find the fatigue to go to sleep as long as the others had. Instead, her mind wandered to the dark wild dog she met the week before, his spell still cast upon her as she knew something was changing in her body. Though no forms had appeared yet, she could feel the beginning of pregnacy building within, and that scared her greatly.
Suddenly, the urge to speed their travels fell upon her, pushing her to have the pups in their lands where she was born, and where they would grow up safe. Her heart hammered as she took in the thought of having them in the wild plains, where their travels would be delayed until the pups could be old enough to join them. Wild Dogs always had large litters, and Miremba knew deep down she would as well.
Her eyes snapped open when Binifu walked by, and she lifted her head while the darker one went out into the hills. Standing slowly, Miremba watched the younger adolescent before trailing after, waiting a moment until she too sat next to the girl. Keeping silent, the elder dog waited for the younger one to speak.

The female was a little surprised that Miremba was up, but she didn't question it and she didn't try to apologize in case she'd been the one who'd woken the other up. Her gaze flicked from the adult to the sky, her body seated on the hill. She was comfortable, her tail wrapped around her small paws. "I like to look at the sky when I am feeling... unattached." She said after a moment, offering no explination but a small smile instead, it wasn't exactly a happy smile, but not one that was forced either. It was more or less just an uneasy smile. "Does Miremba also do this, or is she just restless?" She glanced toward the other.

Miremba kept her silence as the other spoke, not moving her head but merely her eyes. It was at the second question that the elder female turned to Binifu, and shared the small uneasy smile.
"Let us just say I have a lot on my mind now a days..." Her voice was weary, showing her maturity and age. It took a lot from her mind, as well as her body in planning the pack, and above all she worked to show as the support of the others. If there was any weight on her younger member's forms, she would be there to take it off and support it with her own. That was the job of the Alpha, a job Miremba had a feeling would fall upon her own.

Bini shifted a little and nodded. A lot on one's mind led to a lot of stress, but perhaps it wasn't her place to tell Miremba that. "Will we be reaching the lands soon?" Bini's head tilted to the side. She still felt anxious to be there, though she wasn't sure why. Perhaps it was because she'd finally have a home, something she had not posessed since the time of her mother being around.
But maybe that was a bad question, she should be trying to get Miremba's mind off of the pack, even if only for a little bit. But it was hard to think when so many thoughts were already fighting for the best spot in your mind. Her tail tip flicked slightly and her gaze moved back to the sky, a small and brief wind ruffling her fur.

"I hope," Miremba simply offered, before she slid down her forepaws and settled on her belly. Already she could mentally feel the swell, and her eyes closed at the contact of her stomach to the ground. It was the truth, for Miremba could only hope that they make it in time, for time was now a pressure on her body as well as on the members of the pack. Deciding it would be best to tell her caretaker now, the wild dog turned to her friend.
"Bini, I had come to a dicision about your rank and purpose for our pack, and hopefully you will not be disappointed."

Bini watched the leader lay down, wondering if maybe she actually was tired. Maybe she was tired but restless, Bini hated that feeling.
Her ears perked up at Miremba's words, her head tilting. "Oh? Bini gets a job now!" She exclaimed happily, tail uncurling and suddenly wagging. She'd been spending too much time around Ouro, to be able to reffer to herself in third person so easily. "What did you decide, Miremba?" Her head tilted to the other side, waiting to see what her future would hold.
