For those of you who don't already know, I program games in flash for my website, DoghouseComics.com. Well, I am currently working on a game right now, which will be called Bottle Blaster 5. Like the four games before it in the series, it will be a first-person shooter (You can find BB1 - BB4 on my site's "Flash" page, although BB3+ and BB4 are the only two games worth checking out). The thing that seperates it most from most other first-person shooters is that all the "enemies" are bottles. Also, Bottle Blaster strays away from the idea of a story-based game mode, and instead favors a shooting-gallery style of playing. You go to the next area or level by pressing a button. You can take as long as you like on each level (Except, of course, levels with enemy bottles that are capable of attacking you), or completely skip a level if you wish to. Really, you have to play the previous installments in the series to understand what the game is like. A big problem I faced towards the end of production for BB4 was a serious lack of level ideas. The game was originally planned to have 100 levels, but I had to stop at around level 75, I believe. Well, this time, I am dead-set on making it to 100+ levels. The thing is, I'm going to need a little help from you guys. Suggest yout level ideas for my upcoming game here. If I accept one of your ideas, you will be credited in the game by having your name displayed next to the name of the level as it appears in the game. You will also have your name included in the credits reel. While submitting level ideas, try to keep these ideas in mind.
:: Try not to make the levels too long. A typical level should take about 5 or 10 seconds total to complete at the most. :: Nothing offensive, pornographic, or "above a PG-13" rating. :: Nothing too complicated. I'm not exactly a programming God. I know enough to make an okay game, but nothing spectacular.
Really, that's pretty much it. Now, give me some ideas, damn you!

Have several spinning targets, all with invincimo bottles on them, only to have a ten second timer to try and destroy at least one of the bottles, and if you lose, you suffer a -30 cap penalty.

And you know, I totally have to do that now, just so I can see all my n00b fanboys come up to me and say "OMG DIS LEVEL IS TOO HARD".

1. Have bottles also appear behind the person when they're starting out. So even if they get all the bottles in front of them, there are some behind them
2. Make some bottles just a slightly pale color than the other ones. Like, if the bottles are white, make these new bottles just a faint grey. And if someone hits the other bottles, even one, they have to restart the level
3. Make heads of my avatar pop through the walls and ceilings distracting the opponent. If they hit a head, another bottle is added to have to shoot.
4. A wide open space with tons of bottles and a set timer to shoot them all. Fail and you have to restart the level.
5. Make the background and the bottles the same color, but only change the outline of the bottles to a different color so it looks like floating ghosts.
6. Make the bottles excessively small and harder to shoot.
7. On the contrary, make one giant bottle and when you shoot it, it splits into smaller bottles. Like the asteroids in Asteroids, you know?
8. Make the screen all shakey for one level, making it harder to shoot.
9. Funky colors everywhere!
10. Have other maybe pop bottles too to distract the person, if they hit a pop bottle they lose and have to restart the level.
I'll post more later today or something, want to play some games.

Have a level where bottles pop up really quck but after a while a picture of jesus appears instead of a bottle and if they hit jesus they instantly loose

Make a level where you're at a strip club fighting off Nazi demons and dodging razor blades which can severely cut you up. And if you die, one of the demons come down and just slam his head into your stomach and start eating out your intestines while another demon comes up and starts a** raping you, you can hear whores moaning in the background while you hear your cries of pain and agony, watching the demons 12 inch p***s just ram into your a**l caviites, in the midst of public forcing everyone to watch.

Have a level like the Silent Scope bosses. A Red bottle is holding a Blue bottle in from of it like a human shield, and only the neck of the Red bottle is exposed. It's really far away, and if possible make the crosshairs a sniper scope, where everything inside is magnefied. And if possible when they shoot, have the cool SS "follow the bullet" in slow motion thing. If they hit the blue bottle, they loose.

I had a similar level like that in BB4 alreayd, but I'll but the SS "follow the bullet" effect in for the BB5 level.

Take some british paintings and put them in the background. Have a few bottles fly from some of those optical illusions or something.
