I guess we could advertise and stuff like that... in the chatterbox, if we all have the code in our signature then where ever we post it's bascially advertising, so i guess what we could do is just post in a lot of fourms, as long as it doesn't interfere with the ability to keep the guild active

We're going to need alot of ideas if we want to keep this guild up and running smoothly. Lots of Good ideas!!! ^.~ Maybe we could talk to other guild owners to see if they have any tips to getting our guild up and running

Yeah, that seems like a good idea, then we could probably figure out a time frame it takes for our guild to get off the ground and into the air

So... from what I've broken down it's gonna be like this
Ryou-Will google to find tips that will help the guild improve itself
Me- post around in random places in order to advertise
Masa- will talk to owners of guilds in order to figure out what it's going to take
Correct?
