What do you think of SWAT on Halo 2?
Honestly I think it's fun. The playlist is good practice, just jump into one of those (it's unranked anyway) and practice your headshots, then switch over to Team Hardcore or Snipers or go for BR in Team Slayer and tear it up. A few downsides are that you can't really be 'good' at SWAT, since if you can get a headshot then you can get a kill, and even when that's not the case, it's still easy. It is possible to be good at SWAT, but that is by simply being even better at headshots and what not. I play Team SWAT alot now, as a matter of fact I only play like three ranked games every day then switch to SWAT or customs. Occasionally my clan hooks up and we play Team Snipers with four people to get ranks. Otherwise, I play SWAT just 'cause it's hella fun and really easy.

I've only played it once, but SWAT-slayer is awesome.
I remember team training had it in it's list, I tore that up so badly. I ended up with 30 kills.
I love swat, but not objective based.

I know many people who hate swat because "it's too easy to get kills/be killed" it's good practice with reflexes too... though I hsven't played it much, SWAT is a fun game when playing on teams, NOT objective based...

Some guy in matchmaking tried to do that with me when he had the sword, (I had snipe, on zanzibar) He sais "hey look behind you" So I jump, turn, and no-scoped him in the face dramallama

Ehhh I dont really care that much. I mean its good traing, but then there are those god damned idiots who dont realise that it's not hard to get kills who run around teabagging, and saying s**t like "Oh I got you owned, ******** noob." I dont like it when people do that except when I know there joking and they know i'm joking. It is good for reflexes, but most of the kills are two easy, and not really possible normally. Like when someone shoots you in the head with a magnum from fifty feet and you die instantly. Also When I think swat I think of the guy's with all the armor, big shields, and powerful guns. If they made with one guy on each team with an over shield and you had to do things, like on headlong they put up door's and you had to bust them down, and kill npcs I think that that would be fun. I do realise that that had nothing to do with the thread. Oh and there is team training, the swat in match making is pretty much paintball.

SWAT was in Team Training and Rumble Training. I used to play Rumble Pit alot and would do a few practice games in Training before I went in. If I got SWAT, I won.
It's stupid how people turn around when you're shooting them in the back. Unless they have the best reflexes EVER, they're just giving you an easier kill by showing you their head (compared to the tiny bit of helmet that is a Spartan's head from the back). burning_eyes

Thank you... I even give people advice notto do that, and they do anyway...
people call me a wuss during swat if I'm being shot from behind, I run away... no sense showing them my full head... just goin somewhere where I can get my bearings... it's their fault for lettimg me get away

well not to be a jerk or anything but there is a way to be good at swat if u have ever played a game called war then u would know what im talking about. it wasnt easy when 4 of my teammates quit and i eneded winning by myself againts 4 other teams and i had 85 of our teams 100 kills and i had 5 killamanjaros.

same but worse with elites... their heads may be big up front.. but from behind they are almost invisible... freakin' hunchbacks

i think that u can be a swat master as long as u know exactly how high the head is and how good u r with ur look sensitivity like mine is on 10 insane cuz im good with 10 insane.
