its all gone and everything...can she...um get pregnant...still. cause i talked to her about having a little one later on. becuase I would love to have a baby with her. sweatdrop

She can not have babies if they removed all or part of any essential organs needed for gestating a baby.

For instance if she had cervical cancer and had her cervix removed she has no ability to carry a fetus to term.

Otherwise I see no reason why she could not have a child.

I have heard of women who have carried and birthed children while currently battling cancer (the tumor is found afterwards) and can even be treated for various cancers during pregnancy.

I remember a woman on "A Baby Story" who was being treated for breast cancer while pregnant.

She can have a baby, but I suggest not pushing her about it. A lot of relationships I've seen don't survive well through cancer. Best of luck!

Okay, breasts aren't really part of the reproductive system, as far as fertilization and gestation. They are used to feed the offspring, but you can get a formula or something if your girlfriend doesn't lactate for some reason.

If she didn't have to have one or both of her breasts removed, that's a good thing, because breasts have receptors in them that are sensative to estrogen and consequentially help regulate things in a woman's body.
