Hania returned home in time to catch Aruna just entering the area. "Aruna! I need to have a talk with you," he said, walking toward her. She looked slightly occupied, but that didn't stop him. He was worried, and if anything happened to her, like getting pregnant, he wanted to tell he'd be there for her. After all, he was a father.
"Father?" said Aruna, blinking. He had just come up out of the blue. Well, sort of. She had been in deep thought, so when he just suddenly popped up as such, it had been surprising. "A talk? I haven't gotten into trouble, have I? I haven't gotten into trouble since I was a filly..." She murmured.
Hania sighed. "Well, let's go to Soquili fields and get this talk over with. Come," he said, and led the way. He had just come from there after talking with Dyami, and had assumed that it would be empty. He hoped. But it was the best place for a private talk.

Dyami had managed to catch Rahu wandering near by, when he was headed back to the her. thinking it was a good idea now to talk to him he went over to Rahu. " Rahu you need to come with me. we need to talk about Aruna who happens to be my friend Hania's daughter."
Rahu snorted annoyed at being found and now being asked to talk about Aruna. "fine if we really must talk about her." grumbling he wanted to be left alone but knowing Dyami he would bug him to no end if he decided not to go.
Dyami shakes his head. " ok then follow me, we should beable to talk at the field not far where i was talking to Hania." starting of to the field he knew Rahu would follow.

Once at the fields, Hania stopped. "Aruna, I want you to know that I worry for you. Very much." He turned to face her and looked her in the eyes. "I know Rahu's very close to you, but I worry that something bad will happen. I also recall that you used to love him very deeply. You know, Aruna, you can talk to me if you're not really feeling well, mentally or physically."
Aruna blinked as her father went straight to the subject. Hania hadn't been like this before! He was never a straight to the point kind of stallion, but she supposed that her father had aspects to him she still didn't know about. "I... yes, Rahu's very close to me; nothing bad will happen, trust me. Yes, I used to... love... him a lot, but he's really just a best friend now, Father," Aruna said, firmly. "Father, you know I would! But sometimes, it's better if I don't. You usually jump to conclusions."
Hania blinked. "I do not! Well, okay, sometimes I do, but not all the time, Aruna." He sighed. "I'm not very good at expressing certain things, and I hope you understand what I'm talking about."

Dyami stopped at the edge of the field and looked around. he then saw Hania with Aruna and thought he better chat with Rahu before going over to Hania and Aruna. "Ok we will stop here and talk. then we will go over to Hania and Aruna."
Rahu stopped and saw both hania and Aruna. snorting at Dyami, he still wanted to know why he wanted to talk about this. " ok so spit it out so i can be on my way."
Dyami glared at Rahu. " i heard somethings have been going on between you and Aruna. Hania and i dont want anything to happen to Aruna." eyeing Rahu he wondered what he might do.
Rahu snorted and pawed the ground. " thats none of your busyness Dyami." he snarled a bit and stomped he ground, which was load enough for anyone in the field close enough to hear. " if you think your going to tell me what i can and can not do your very mistaken."

The sound of a stomping hoof caught her attention, and she turned. "Well, well, speak of the devil," she murmured. "Father?" Aruna glanced to her father. She wouldn't walk over to Dyami and Rahu without her father, considering he didn't look to be in the mood after their talk. "Father, I want to talk about this with Rahu there to hear, too. It's only fair," she said, trying to persuade him.
Hania sighed. "Fine. Let's go." He led the way, however, as he and Aruna walked (albeit slowly) toward his "brother"-in-law and Rahu, Hania debated on whether or not he should act the hystercial father or the stern, calm father. He decided the latter would be better. They were ever getting closer to the two stallions. Hania just hoped Dyami had spoken with the blood-painted dark stallion. He wasn't really sure he trusted Rahu.

Dyami snorted and saw Hania and Aruna coming. " you better calmdown before Aruna and Hania get over here. and quiet frankly i will tell you what to do when Aruna is involded. she is after all the daughter of my close friend."
Rahu glared and snarled at Dyami. " we shall see about that. this is nothing you Dyami should get involed with. its between me and Aruna, no one else." still riled up a bit, he tryed to calm down before Hania and Aruna got to them.

Hania reached the two stallions first. "Dyami, Rahu," he greeted, strangely calm. He actually frightening; his calmness was would worry any other stallion, but he doubted Rahu would care even an inkling. "How are you both?" He wanted to appear a calm, understanding father, although he really wanted to just lash out at Rahu and demand the stallion stay away from his daughter.
"Dyami," Aruna said, nodding. She smiled slightly at Rahu. "Hey, Rahu, been a while. How've you both been?" she added, in case her father took the way she spoke to Rahu the wrong way. She didn't really like how he was acting; it worried her; he should've been lashing out and shouting like a madhorse by now.

Rahu snorted andhd stood there now calm just like Hania. he would have thought Hania would lash out at him but he was being calm. it did not scare Rahu at all, but then Rahu was even scareyer when calm and mad. " Im fine." was he said to ether of them.
Dyami nodded toboth Hania and Aruna. he was quiet surprised that Hania was being so calm and more so Rahu. who he could tell was angred to no ejend, but stood there calm with tightened muscels that twitched. " im fine thank you both. so shall we all talk?"

Aruna blinked. She had never, I repeat, never seen Rahu so calm before. It gave her a nervous feeling, especially since she knew Rahu was one to burst out in short moments of anger. Nodding, she glanced at her father out of the corner of her eye. "Good to hear, Rahu, Dyami.
"Talk? About what?" She furrowed her eyebrow at him, confused. Actually, she wasn't that stupid, but she was trying to act innocent and unknowning. Kind of a hard feit (sp???) for her, as she wasn't naive nor was she innocent. At least, in certain things.
Hania nodded. "That's nice. Yes. We shall talk, and Aruna, quit acting like that. We all know you're not like that," Hania said, scolding his daughter slightly. Oh, things were going to be interesting now.

Rahu snorted and knew Aruna, knew exactly what was going on, which was the same for him. Flicking his tail, he was not going to say a thing til he knew why these two what them all to talk so bad. His jaw muscle kept twitching alitte as he kept himself calm infront of Dyami, Hania and Aruna. It was not like him to keep his anger undercontrol.
Dyami eyed Rahu for a moment and then turned to Hania. “Yes agreed. So who shall go first in starting this?” standing there calm was how Dyami always was. Still flicking his tail, he kept an eye on Rahu, since he was being so calm. It was very unusual for Rahu to be that way and he could see his jaw muscle twitch. Flicking his tail, he wondered what would now happen here.

Aruna shifted, hiding her nervousness. This was not right. What was going on? "Um... okay, Father. What exactly were you wanting to talk about?" She decided to skip the smalltalk and go straight toward the topic. Maybe her dad would finally stop being weird and actually tell them all what was going on.
"The issue is..." He began, and then stopped, trying to find the best way possible to approach the topic. He cleared his throat. "The issue is... ah, shall I call it, frolicking?" Hania couldn't think of any other word. He knew Aruna and Rahu hadn't become mates, nor had they really been near each other all that much, but frolicking... well, for humans, it was their term for flirting. He was that worried.
Aruna gaped. "FATHER!!" she bellowed, finally losing her cool. She couldn't believe it. "What are you... I can't believe you... this is..." she was stuttering.

Dyami had to agree with Hania there. " im sorry to both you and Rahu but i have to agree with Hania." he was not all to happy to have to be in this but then he knew he should back up Hania. flicking his tail, he frowned at the fact this had to happened and knew Rahu would most likey would lose his temper.
Rahu pinned his ears back and his eyes flared with even more anger than before. his muscles twitched as he still tryed to remain calm, more so that he would not do soemthing he would regret deeply since he was around Aruna and her own father. " do you even know what your talking about. you know nothing of whats going on between me and Aruna. and i have to say its only between me and her." snorting he was about to lose his own control of his tempter which was a nasty one and did not even bother to say anythign to Dyami.

Aruna tossed her mane. She didn't like this situation. "I have to agree with Rahu. If we wanted to have others point out their opinions, we would have asked. Besides, we're just best friends." She snorted herself, then. "Father, be reasonable. You, too, Uncle! This isn't like either of you!" She didn't really want to see Rahu holding his temper, either. It was scarier than when he was yelling (which to her wasn't all that frightening.)
Hania's nose flared. He was starting to lose his own temper. "Now, you listen here, Aruna," he said sternly, dark brown eyes clouding darkly to a nearly black color, "I'm your father, and..." He stopped to glare at Rahu. "...and, as your father, I would rather you stay away from Rahu. He seems dangerous to me. Anything could happen to you, and I don't want you ending up have responsibilities you're not yet ready for."
Aruna stared. Who was this stallion? Her father was laid-back, a little goofy, and optimistic. This wasn't her father. Hania never acted like this, ever. She could understand Dyami, but her "uncle" was acting strange, as well! This was a nightmare. It had to be.

oh Rahu had enough of this and still had pinned back ears. " you may be her father BUT she is old enough to take care of her own self." he then smirked in the most evil way. " you know nothing about me and here you are calling me dangrous. like anything would happen between me and Aruna. as i said you know nothing about me or what has happened between me and Aruna." glaring he was about to explode with anger and this was only a touch of it.
Dyami snorted. " true enough Aruna but this talk has to be done." he then turned to Rahu glaring. " Rahu you need to know your place in this."

Aruna sighed. She really didn't want to do this. Really. But she was going to have it. "I'm sorry, Uncle, Father." She shook her head. "But... I would like to talk with Rahu alone about this. If we see fit for you both to discuss this with us, we'll tell you." Aruna nudged Rahu away. "C'mon, Rahu. This way..." She didn't want to see him lose his temper. Things were bad enough already.
Hania blinked. "Aruna? Wha--Hey! Get back here!" Hania moved to go after her, but froze on the next hoofstep because Aruna had turned and given him one of those looks that said to just stay put and stay out. He shivered. He forgot Aruna had those certain looks...
