Khari, teleporting herself into a quiet space loked at her surroundings. It appeared that she had gone to the outskirds of the pridelands. Of course, she had been here before to meet another lion. It was the middle of the night, and her fur seemed to bathe in the moonlight, her blue markings giving off a faint glow. Looking at the smaller animals around here, she barely floated above the ground, her wings fluttering silently. She gave a kind smile and tilted her head down to grant them her gift of pleasant soothing dreams. Suddenly towards the end of the smaller animals, Khari bumped into a bigger sort. "..what?" She said puzzled. Back onto the ground, she stepped around to see another lion. Apparently wasnt a god like her but nevertheless, a lion. Posting Order: 1) Xaki 2) VampirePenguins 3) Infrar

A lion, indeed. Dark coloration blended with the ground he lay on, and the bleak night gave no hint of him to a passer-by. The lion had been traveling all the day with his new companion, Najila, and when the night came they had decided it best to sleep. So here he lay, not to far off from his companion, dreaming of quite nothing at the moment, just blank thoughts and twitches. He was going to visit his sister in the next few days, if she remembered him, that was. But he didn't really know if he would have the courage to face his sister after being gone for most of their life. He had heard rumors that she was a Pride leader... it was slightly intimidating.. Hasani turned in his sleep, at the Goddess' touch, silently letting out a huff of air.

It was odd, being in the presence of a higher being. After so many years Najila had gotten rather used to sense other creatures around her, unless of course she had willingly taken down her guard to conserve energy for later use. It was that sort of attitude that had made the female run into the peculiar lion known as Hasani Tau. That had been a mistake which she in the long run would not regret, but nonetheless it was something she wasn't going to make again. Though it was much easier to deter potential enemies with a pair, it would be much more tedious to get out of the skirmish. It was, however, a very pleasing feeling to have someone to speak to. The lioness had not a companion for a long while.
Najila knew of Hasani's weariness of meeting his sister. She would pay little attention to it. As childish as he was, his nervousness could prove to be his immediate downfall. Was that why she had chosen to go along with him? Ugh. She didn't even know her reasoning anymore. There had to be some thought in her mind that didn't want just a companion, was there?
The lioness would snort, sliding off her massive paw off the bridge of her nose. Yes, something was there. She wouldn't want to frighten the childish adult lion, so she spared a dramatic entrance. Najila, having decided her sleeping position to be facing away from Hasani, would simply rear up to yawn. The waking figure of a lion could easily frighten a creature with means to surprise or even frighten them.
Right?

Khari, sensing the presence of two lions now though wryly "Of course there would be two.". The presence they gave off led Khari to think perhaps these two had a special relationship. "Do they appear to have evil intentions? I think not." Khari said softly to herself.
Notcing Hasani's rolling about, she wondered "Is he having a bad dream?" She lowered her forehead to his for a brief second, her jewel on her forhead glowing brighter than it usaully did.. and faded. She put her head up to glance at the other lion that was supposedly sleeping.
"Hi there." She said whispering in the darkness. " I expected everyone to be asleep at this time of the night. Especially a regular lion like you. Dont lions need rest to stay up on the day?" She She approached the wakened lion, her footstep hardly noticeable although her appearance showed more than enough.

A bad dream? It could be called that. Not dreaming at all is a very disturbing thing at times, like an absence of hope. Thats what dreams are, in any case. Hope.
How Hasani had hoped to see his sister. It had been to long. But... maybe he shouldn't? Hasani had been hoping for quite a while to do so, but.. Najila. She was so nice to put up with him. He was glad she had decided to come with him, its nice to be able to talk to someone that isn't yourself. And she was smart too.
Hasani's mind was turning with unconcience thought when the Goddess made the contact to his head. He didn't really notice it, yet still it made him stir again for a moment, before he calmed again. His mind was still that of a child, even if he be grown...

Though Najila had the true intentions of being awake instantly, she couldn't simply deny that she had grown very tired. Her limbs ached, the rather emotionally and physically draining day past seeming to have gotten the best of her. She hadn't been as active as she had for a year at best, choosing to live a rather carefree and worryless life. Until now the saying 'strength in numbers' hadn't exactly appealed to her, and for little reason. As far as she knew she hadn't been born directly into a pride, making her immediately a loner from birth. She cared not. It wasn't like she would make a pride someday.
Ignoring the pain in her legs the lioness would rise, once again yawning before turning to face the one who had just spoken. It would come as a surprise that that, indeed, it was another lioness. In any other case she would have bolted, running as far and as fast as the wind took her. But she had a companion now, a responsibilty. She couldn't just leave Hasani, after how many times he had been abandoned or carelessly tossed aside before.
"You should know," the weary female would grumble, somewhat annoyed by the fact she had been awoken to answer such ignorant questions. "You're a lion yourself, are you not? Who are you, anyway, and what are you doing here of all places?"

"A Lion I am, but a regular one, I am not." Khari said glancing down at where her wings layed before going back to the other lion. "Nevermind about all of this. I'll answer your questions in the morning but you wish to sleep, do you not?" Khari associated with dreams, also knew how to weave both good/bad dreams, and could sense when sleep was wanted. Of course, she was no goddess of sleep and had yet to force anyone into sleep so she doubted that could work.
"Your friend is fast asleep and I highly recommend that you do the same thing, after all, I dont take pleasure in other peoples pain. Especially your pain your feet is inright now." Khari said, the thought occuring to her that maybe because of her presence that was the reason the lioness was not sleeping. "Perhaps..?" She said outloud before disspearing before the lion's eyes. She would come back in the morning when the rays shined to check on the lions once again.

Fast asleep he was, and still dreaming of quite nothing in particular. Though his mind still raced around things that were happening. At the sound of voices, his mind started to play back things of the past.. of a meeting long ago... Wandering... Lost... Found. It only lasted long enough for him to stir once again, then shift into a sedentary sleep.
((Its short, Don't have much to do but snore, do I?))

Strange. The lioness could've sworn she had seen and spoken to someone just moments before. Maybe she was still dreaming even still, the pain being brought on from the over exertion of involuntary muscles in her legs. For all she knew, she could still be sleeping and not even know it. With a mere huff Najila would collapse upon the ground, dreaming soundly as ever. She knew her friend Hasani would be all right, despite the off appearance of an adolecent lioness which was still unknown to whether or not it had been merely an apparition.

Khari smiled from the tree. The mortals were very easily tricked and amused. "AH!" Khari's lightbulb in her brain went off. Now she sounded like some certain god(s). She sighed to herself and prodded herself to go to sleep until morning shone its rays.
.. (Now its morning <3)
When the birds chirped their melodys, and the sun was barely up in the sky, Khari awoken relieved to see the other lions still appeared to be sleeping. She decided to head over to the lake to take a bath and a drink of water and she could come back later. She slid off her jewels gently as now to get them rusted before heading down into a smaller pond besides the lak to cleanse herself.
At the pond, she dipped her body in and pawing at the water. As she caught notice of some birds, she hit them with a splash of water, causing them to flit around her in a playful way. "Mymy. Lovely birds." She nuzzled them before asking herself ' I wonder if their awake..?'

Laying on his back, his body twisted slightly to the left, Hasani Tau scratched his chest with a paw. Yawning widely, he stretched out his whole body and flipped over. Blinking his Teal eyes, he lifted his head to see the morning sun already crawling into the sky. He yawned again, trying to recall his dreams of the night. Little came to his mind.
Getting to his paws, Hasani looked over to Najila, still sleeping by the looks of her. He bent his head down and pushed against her side with his nose. "Wake up, Najila. Its morning." He said, nudging her a bit harder to wake her up.

VampirePenguins ((OOC: I'm going to talk with Infrared. She is going to Europe in a few days and is going on hiatus. We might have to put this off for a bit. Either that, or you can just talk with Hasani, make him totaly devoted, and then talk with her a bit later after Infrared comes back, or is available. )) OOC: We can wait..? if you dont mind XD;

Najila, at the feeling of Hasani's relentless nudges, would snort loudly and turn from her current position to the other side of her body with her back turned to the male lion. She didn't exactly want to get up, of course, being that it was the most enjoyable part of the morning to feel the warm and comfortable rays of the sun barely touching the facial features. Of course, she had responsibilities now, one of them including taking care of a lost pseudo-cub in search for his sister. Being so, the lioness would proceed to get up onto her legs.
"Morning, shmorning. I used to sleep until noon until you came along," she would yawn, coming across as a bit bitter than intended. Realizing this as well, as not to hurt the delicate feelings of the lion in which she could only assume they were, would apologize.
"I'm sorry. I... I'm not used to wake up calls is what I'm trying to get at."
