~The Upcoming Alice Movie~Alice (2007)All info on this movie must be taken as speculation. IGN has an entire article on a "Dark Alice" involving Wes Craven. But I read in the screenwriter's journal that Wes wasn't interested and isn't going to be involved. He also says that as far as he knows, there has been no casting of any kind. So there is "no script, no director, no actress, nothin'." I'm going to have to believe him. But....That was written in '04..which is why everyone is so confused. The talk about Sarah Michelle Gellar playing Alice started in '05. So even if he was right then, it doesn't mean it's still true. All this old info *cough*IGN*cough* needs to be updated before we can make sense of all this.
Well if you want something to read, I'd go with Wikipedia's semi-accurate take on the project and this article which pretty much says the same thing. No one is entirely accurate because the people who actually know what's going on haven't bothered to tell us. Here's what I'm choosing to believe: Wikipedia Finally, On June 21, 2005 news surfaced that the film adaptation was going to be produced. The project had moved to Universal Studios and would be titled, Alice, with Erich and Jon Hoeber adapting the script. Marcus Nispel was set to direct. The news came in connection with the announcement that actress Sarah Michelle Gellar had been cast as Alice. American McGee was listed as an executive producer on the project. Originally planned for release in 2006, the release date was later changed to 2007.
On February 3, 2006, it was announced in an interview that the script for Alice had been completed, and that filming could begin as early as the summer. So did it? o.o

The person writing and directing that movie is a first-time writer and a first-time director.
This is either going to rock or suck. I'm talking about the movie AND his career, by the way. Let's hope it rocks... *crosses fingers*

On the subject of television shows, anyone remember that live action one from... Probably early nineties? Either that or late eighties. The rabbit was on roller blades and stuff. I think it was called "Adventures in Wonderland".

I saw previews over and over and over while watching my morning cartoons before school. xd (So it couldn't have been on the Disney Channel cuz that was a pay channel for me at the time and we didn't subscribe.) But I wasn't interested in Alice back then so I never actually watched it. v.v

Wow, that creeped me out somewhat... I liked the Queen of Hearts, though. xd
Well, there's a movie to put on the list, in any case. 3nodding

Yes, that was it. And it wasn't a movie, it was a show. I've got a bunch of episodes on a manually recorded video tape. If any of you ever visit me, we can watch it. xd
