I am Raulnor's Mule. I am known as the Human Bank Contest, from now on, call me the HBC, like your local cable network. Of course, I have my own satellite dish, and I host from a basement, in memorance of one of my favorite movies of all time. Anyways, now to the point!!
By week, Monday - Sunday [Excuse me if I miss a couple days], people will be receiving gold. This is how the system works. You donate as much as you want to this mule, please don't make me set a limit, so don't donate 1 gold. Just send a trade with how much you want. So people donate, beef up the pot, and through randomizer, I select a winner. That winner gets 90% of the pot, unless you were the only who donated into this, then you get 100% back.
Now, that 10% is divided into the quests of the quest threads. Basically, in my sticky, first come first serve. If there are 5 quests in the thread, and I get 100 gold from the 10%, then each quest gets 20 gold. Its a way to make the economy flow, so people can get help on their quests, no matter what. If you do not want to directly donate to them, do it through this system, so you can win and donate at the same time!!
This is my mule, I do not touch its gold. Please post here the amount you are sending, since I rarely log onto my mule. Negative_Stream.php hmmm, does the increased amount of money i put in have any effect on my chances in the outcome? Are you saying if you put MORE in, would you gain another slot? Hmmm, I may implement that, but if people abuse it by putting in 100 gold increments 3 or so times. I may make a limit. If I am wrong, re-phrase your question.
