So, my dad travels to NYC a lot for different cases he's working on. He always goes to shows when they come out and loves to collect posters. When he and my mom were dating, he went to NYC for one of his trips. Carrie was supposed to open the day after he left, and later he was furious that he didn't get to see it since it only lasted a few days. It has always been one of his greatest regrets.
Several weeks ago, he was back in NYC on case. He went to see a show or two (I think he saw Jersey Boys...I can't remember xp ). Anyway, so he went looking for posters again. HE FOUND A CARRIE POSTER. He called my mom and was like spazzing out, begging her to let him get it (guess who wears the pants in our family biggrin ). She said no, and he was once again furious. However, when he went back a few days later, he bought it (behind my mom's back xd ) and shipped it home. It cost around three hundred dollars. My mom was furious with him xd
So, yes. DRAUGEH HAS A CARRIE POSTER HANGING IN HER HOUSE! *spazzes* My mom finally gave in and let him keep it as an early fathers day present. It's really kind of a boring poster, but still...it's CARRIE.
So...er this topic had no real point other than to celebrate. I may post a picture of it later if anyone wants to see...Discussion:
