Since I do a LOT of fashion design, and have a lot of projects I'm working on but never seem to finish, I thought this thread would be a good idea. heart

Yesterday I bought these fabrics: The cherries will most likely end up as a circle skirt with white lace. I'm not quite sure about the striped one yet, but I know for sure it will be a skirt too. The one on the left I'm going to use to make this (View A): And this will be taken up so the end is at knee level (and done in white): Another will be this coat, but I'll add a collar to it: I'm going to have a very busy summer. @_@

a cherry head dress and purse would totally be for that fabric. i think mabye a cherry skirt may look too busy if the pattern is to small. like is a cherie smaller than a quarter?

They're technically more of a... nickle size. XD I was planning on using some solid white lace, not the see-through kind. So that will take away some cherries, and hopefully make it look less busy. I would love to do a whole outfit out of it, but I'm not sure if I got enough fabric for that. I'll have to look and see. ^_^;

I'll have to look and see. ^_^; that would certantly tone it down a bit. yeah nikel size aint that bad. oh make it a tired skirt! that would be perfect for the lace and breaks in pattern. omg that would look so pretty. but you definatlley need to save a headress of that fabric. you could even sew cherry bittons on both sides. that would be so cute. and omg why stop there? a white button up. cherry buttons and lace sleevs. omg that would be so cute.

oh thats really cute. would you make that 2 or 3 pieces though?
i need to finish sewing my punk industrail and goth clothes before i can do my lolita stuff. i dont have an fabric, just corest patterns. and i wanna make boxers 1st because ive never used patterns before, all free hand designs.
