Description:
A small Two story building a lobby and meeting room downstairs and work spaces upstairs. A sign is out front saying help wanted. Inquire inside the appropriate sub-forum.

Past Events:*kolchak the first owner of the inquirer plays with tanya the news girl
*Mirel joins the paper
*sarah appears and advertises the hospital in the paper
nia joins the paper
*nos and stiny joins the paper
*the paper begins doing reports on various events throughout the city
*nos becomes the new editor as kolchak leaves
*the clan race is reported on
*caylem puts out an ad
*krinnna is taken on a tour of byako by nia who does a column on it
*alabaster advertises stuff without permission
*musaru and the lich king borrow the inquirer equipment
*masaru and lich king leave
*nos quits the paper and leaves byako
Current Events:the building is now lacking in reporters and lies vacant
