i've been playing verses mode against my fiancee for a while now. for some strange reason, we've had the same exact score. this has happened like ten times this past month! eek Has something like this happened with you?

not yet..

but during a compo, i stepped better then my opponent ( more perfects, and less mistakes then him ), but he got a better score...

Likely because he got more Greats in the beginning. Steps toward the end of the song are worth more points than the beginning.

I've had that happen a few months back.
Except that my opponent got a B and I got a C, even though I had a better DP% and score. gonk
It was on Max2, Burning Heat [Heavy].

@ 1un4r: Would that explain my case, or was it just Max2 being stupid?

@ TOPIC: Not yet, but a friend and I were playing FFR a couple days ago, and our scores were only 65 points apart. xp

Max2 scoring was the wierd one out of all of them, since they tries to include adding the bonus points during the song instead of adding them after finishing it like in fifth. But 1una4r's right, you do get more points by stepping better at the end, but then there's the whole wierd combo dividing into you dp% thing, or something or other...
