H'okay, so what is your genetic recipe?
Aka... what are your anscestors?
You know... like I am about half Yugoslavian(Croatian), and then bits of Ukranian, French, Hungarian, Danish, Norweigan, American, and Canadian, of course.
What are all of youu?
And so this topic doesn't just die right away, feel free to discuss your ethnic backgrounds, your opinions on other ethnic backgrounds, what you wish you were... etc.

I am a Euro-mutt of all varieties. Not an island mutt, but like, mainland Euro. :D
Mostly Dutch, but insert some German, English, Irish, and then some Native American. The native american is from my father's side, all the previous are most definitely the maternal side. I'll have to ask my dad about his family some time.
Can't remember which tribe off the top of my head. I still find it interesting I even HAVE that DNA in my system. xDD I'm as pale as can be.

Amanda's ethinic background is one complicated recipe.
For instance, I'm Barbadian. My first ancestor from that country was an exiled English noble, who arrived there in the 1500's.
That means I'm also English.
But HIS ancestors were Irish, and their ancestors were Scotts.
Then again, my family in Barbados are also of African decent. But I also know that the Spanish landed on that island long ago, so that may be mixed into my genes as well.
Of course I know that they ARE in my genes, because my grandmother is full Puerto Rican, and her parents were from Spain.
My grandfather is from Germany, and his ancestors are Russian, whose ancestors are Polish.
I don't quite remember how the Asian and Italian were mixed in, but I just know I am.
I also don't remember how I'm Greek either, but I do know that my great-grandfather's ancestors were Welsh.
I'm confusing myself.
But there you go!

I have no idea what I am. >_____o Some English, some Cherokee Indian (I don't look it, ne?), maybe Scottish, maybe Irish, maybe Scandinavian? That would explain my hair and complexion.
My parents don't even know what we are. ;____;
