It seems like the point of drinking is to get drunk. But I don't think there's anything wrong w/ drinking responsibly or occasional drinking.

I'm only 15 and I drink; very rarely and I've never been drunk.

one of my mates loves getting drunk... but i have never been drunk.. i dont see the point to it.

Back in the days that Jesus walked around on earth, it was okay to drink wine, because the wine wasn't strong enough to get you drunk. Unless of course they drank heavily upon it. Now days its a sin to drink, because one easily can get drunk on the stuff we have now. Unless of course you know your intake or just drink slowly or 1 or 2 a day. cheese_whine

I've drank, but never been drunk. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not it's a sin. I mean, I just like the taste of alcohol, not the whole getting buzzed/drunk/wasted part. Is it so bad that I like something that tastes good? I don't know...Guess I need to study more.

The fact that you asked this sounds like you might feel a lil guilty about drinking. But it's good that you asked wink
I'm under 21, and I have one or two drinks occasionally.
Like all things, some people can handle drinking and others can't. If you can stop at one or two drinks, then you are okay. If you can't do that, then don't drink at all. Also, it's not right if you use drinking as a crutch, go to God w/ problems.
Anyway, I hope that helps. ^_^ Feel free to dissagree.

im 19 and i drink ocasionally. the fact also that im in a 100% pure italian family helps....lol

but I only drink around my family, I dont go and drink with my friends, and i dont get drunk.

I think first off the bible says that you need to obay the law, So under age drinking is wrong, Drinking to get drunk is wrong too so that is that. Anyone with coments pm me.

It says in the bible that Jesus drank wine. So, I believe that drinking is okay but drinking in excess is not.
