Oh boy! Id say Naruto would like to have lots of fun with Hinata. So id say they have lots of kids. ^^
As for a pregnant Hinata... Id say she'd have mood swings. Poor Naruto.
And as for the rivalries.. of course there will be!
Sasukes kid: Look everyone! *Sharigan*
Narutos kid: Hey awesome!
Sasukes kid: My daddy said that I cant talk to you. Youre my rival.
Naruto's kid: O.O
Sasukes kid: And he said that your daddy sucks and he doesnt want me to be around 'the dobes' kid.

Naruto's girl: *taps him on the shoulder*
Sasuke's son: *turns around, and smirks* Oh, look. You again. Look, I already told you that I don't wanna talk to-
Naruto's girl: *socks him in the nose* YEAH?! Well YOU'RE Daddy sucks! BELIEVE IT! *stomps off*
