Another words, I'm back.
Thanks to Hurricane Frances, we lost the satellite connection on the ship. Hence, my absence. Lots of stuff happened while I was without internet.
Let's start off with breakfast. We (Well, actually my mom and dad, I was in the room, while this happened) went to the dining room called Donatello (all dining rooms on the Golden Princess have Italian names for some reason, same goes for the Star and Grand)
Anyways, the dining room closed 9:30 AM. 9:30 would be the last time someone is allowed in the dining room. My parents arrived there on time. The waiter guy was like "It's 9:35, you can not go in". My dad starts arguing with the waiter and my dad's like "Well, my watch says 9:30" and the waiter still said they can't go in. My dad heads to the purser desk and asks what time the clock on the computer is. 9:31. So, my dad was on time. Headed back to the dining room and the waiter still won't let him in. My dad started to raise his voice and the waiter gives this situation to the head waiter and the head waiter won't let him in either. More arguements.....Then my dad headed back to the room. Kept bitching about it the whole day...... Eventually, things did kinda get resolved.....Don't really want to get into the details....
Oh! One more thing....We were talking to some other passengers at lunch and afternoon tea....Apprently there was a lady and she was staying at a mini suite. When she arrived there, everything was a mess. In the bathroom, there was a razor, hairs, garbage hasn't been taken out and....condoms.......Yep, condoms.....And that lady was pissed like hell. That lady kept bitching that this has been the worse vacation ever!

Quite a bit of interesting things......
After the cruise, we went to the airport to catch a flight to Fort Lauderdale. You all know about Frances yes? Quite a bit of flights flying to Ft. Lauderdale was cancelled. I started to get worry about this....but luckily we got a flight to Ft.Lauderdale at 5:30 PM. When we arrived to Ft. Lauderdale, we were the frist flight to get in. Frances blew out the electricity in various places there, including the hotel we were staying....When we arrived at the Best Western Inn, the only light we saw was the candle. You don't want to know what the night was like. Pure living hell. Lots of arguments and stuff. The next day we finally got power and things started to be back to normal. We went to this Factory Outlet mall (aka shops with rejects and cheap stuff) and we went to a Salvatore Ferragamo store (Italian designer, quite well known and very expensive) my mom is a big Ferragamo fan so she bought some stuff there which was actually quite cheap considering it's a Ferragamo. I bought myself a new pair of Ferragamo sunglasses. I'll show you all the pics later.... So, you're all wondering what's with the Flying Chicken Feather thing....Well, the Chinese call Ferragamo, Fay-guy-mo. Direct translation would be....Flying Chicken Feather. Don't ask why, 'cause I don't know.
The next day we got a flight back to Vancouver, aka home. I have to say, I was really lucky getting back home safely and smoothly. Glad, I'm out of Florida and now there's a new hurricane right? Ivan?
