Boys and girls, you won't believe this. But we are running short on the funding... again. Mainly because the reserves are depended on people who doesn't finish their assignments, which... aren't that many.
So anyway boys and girls, Celleh thought of a good way to raise some money for the guild. It's quick and easy and it won't come out of YOUR pockets!
Lottery! We shall start the SAWGWG funding lottery for each 2 weeks. Say, a lottery ticket costs 1000g and we need atleast 20 people to participate. The total amount of that would be 20,000 and 10,000 can go to the winner of the lottery. The other 10,000 will be kept in our reserve. All YOU have to do is to help promote this lottery by giving our lottery thread a little bump everytime you log on.
Alrighty, what do you guys think of this idea?

i dont mind it.
but i prefer it better if it was something where drawing is involved.
also, why not try reducing the wager reward %, or putting a cap on it.

As said before: Will start an auction up sometime soon, and that'll give me some fund to throw at the guild. ^^
I do like the idea of a lottery though! That's something we could get a large group of people involved in, not just guild members. =D

For the time being, the funding problem isn't serious enough to cause us to do something so drastic. But when worse comes to worst, we will have to do it.

Thanks guys, you are all very kind.
However, I just don't want it to be the member's responsibilty to uphold the funding. It's suppose to be a reward and it should stay that way. In other words, it would be better choice to find a stable funding else where. Or atleast it'd make me feel better when the guild becomes more self-operative.
