I really prefer the card game over the tv show but I have watched all of it nonetheless...My favorite character is Joey even though most people hate him. One of my other favorites is Marik, before he went insane, he really wasn't that bad of a person just angry and confused....

I don't really like the show either. . . But the episode that I saw with Joey in a dog suite I thought was funny. The card game is addictive though. I heard there was a different YuGiOh anime show (before the card game anime show) with the same characters as the first series and it was alot better from what I've heard. . . Like Seto Kaiba throwing his suitcase at people heads (or whacking people with it at least). XD And that anime show wasn't based on the card game at all. It showed the characters playing like once as a normal card game but fans were so intereasted in what they were playing they made a series based of the card game they were playing. XP
