I'm such a sucker for cuteness.
DLOE's Apartment has its resident legion of ferral kitties that live in the bushes.
We have some reson to believe that at least one of these kitties used to live with the previous owner...and has spawned a legion of b/w kitties.
First there was litter #1...which neither of us really noticed....but 1 kitten from that litter stuck w/ mom
Then there was litter #2, which got me Moochie, the runt of the 3 ( and since they were all b/w...we wonder if dad was the one from litter #1.
Now there is litter #3 - and I swear, I think Moochie's an Uncle cuz from what sort bit I've seen of mama, she looks smaller and less fluffy. There are at least 3...but prolly 4 in this litter. I'll need to ask DLOE if he's seen all 4 together to confirm...
They're very little...and very cute. when we caught Moochie, the vet said he was barely 6 weeks so I'm guessing these little ones are only about 4 weeks....and judging by the last check under the bushes...I'm pretty sure they're still nursing.
I feel very accomplished right now b/c I slid a little Gladware container under there with some water and got one of the smaller ones to drink (i think this was #4) It was so cute b/c "it" didn't quite know what to do and didn't like the water hitting its nose.
I can confirm at least 2 of them:
1 mostly gray w/ white feet and tummy
1 gray and white with blue eyes
the other 2 are questionable (like the one who had some water) may just be a darker g/w...I haven't seen it in the sunlight
But now I'm in "kitty mama" mode and want to make sure they get food and lots of water. I made them a little "kitty pool" from an old (but clean) litterbox...and another container of water. They've already claimed the patio as theirs anyhow so getting them to it isn't a problem.
Ahhhh, kitties!!!

There are 5
I saw one walk away...and saw 4 sets of little eyes staring at me under a bush...and since i haven't seen them all in the sunlight...they all look like little Gray and White Clones (w/ blue eyes)!!!
Except for one darker one with itty bitty ears!!!

Saianna I think I can feel my teeth rotting in my skull RIGHT NOW. Yeah yeah, puppies and kitties bring out the uber cuteness in me. But no, I won't keep one. I'll just make sure they makeit through all this nasty summer heat so they can gear up for the winter

Saianna I think I can feel my teeth rotting in my skull RIGHT NOW. well the boys will like you more now that you cant bite...just like what they do in jail... in any case the lil beasties are doing fine and will let you w/in 2-3 feetand are verynice...fast lil f**kers

It would be great to have that ring from Shaolin Showdown that splits you into multiples.

Kitty Update
There are 5
And to tell them apart...they are named accordingly
Larry, Moe, Joe, Curley, and Shemp (Yes folks, there were actually 5 Stooges)
AND...I caught Curley last night!!! So, I have an appointment at the vet today to see what we can do to find him a nice home since i can't keep him.
