.:. Familiar's Paradise Central .:.
As the name suggests, Familiar's Paradise Central is at the centre of Familiar's Paradise. All Familiars are welcome here, as it's accessible to all.
There's a large, grand meeting hall here, where Familiars can come to discuss things of a more serious and political nature. The hall is made up of five enormous ivory pillars, with a huge dome roof, much like a gazebo. Although, I'd like to think it provides more than just a shady place to rest. If you look up inside the hall, you'll see the magnificent mural that is painted on the dome's ceiling. According to one of the Moogles that practically lives in this hall, it was painted many years ago by a Moogle who had far too much time on his hands. I guess that would explain why the mural only features Moogles. Even so, it's still a wonderful sight to behold, and all Familiars should make the effort to come here and see it at some point in their lives.
Surrounding the hall are a number of exotic plants. Much like Chocobo's Garden, the plant life and vegetation here is sustained by unknown forces. Rumour has it that the Pupus monitor and control the weather here in Familiar's Paradise from their Spaceship. I wouldn't know, since only Pupus are allowed there, and they're not the most social of creatures due to their natural shyness. If the Pupus are responsible however, they deserve a medal, because the flowers here in Paradise Central are among the most beautiful in this world or in any other. They bloom continuously all year round. When a flower wilts and dies, it's not long before a new one sprouts to take its place. Using any of the flowers, and leaves from certain trees, it is possible to create all sorts of potions and elixirs.
One Tonberry took advantage of the garden's plentiful supplies and opened up his own little shop, simply named "Everyone's Shop". The shop is situated close to the meeting hall, but it can be hard to spot because it's only a small, brown tent with yellow star on top. It's a fantastic little place really. I once bought a wonderful potion that made my fur all shiny and it - I digress. The shop sells all sorts of potions, antidotes and elixirs. It also sells candles, much to the delight of all Tonberries, who constantly have their lanterns lit until the candle eventually burns out. Believe me, you do not want to meet a Tonberry with its lantern not lit. They carry a knife in their other hand you know.
Lastly, I must tell you about the local eatery. It's run by a very charming Coeurl, who knows much about the finer things in life, like Ruby Rolls. Ruby Rolls are the most delicious - oh, there I go again. From Kupo Nuts to every kind of Green to Flans (the edible kind), "Magic Delights" stocks any and every meal you could ever dream of. It's situated in a beautiful, secluded area of Paradise Central, surrounded by cherry blossom trees. It's nice that there's a place where one can escape the roaring and stomping in Behemoth's Dungeon.
I hope you've found this short guide to Familiar's Paradise Central helpful. Feel free to do some exploring of your own, and should you discover something incredible that simply must be documented, I'll happily add it to this guide.
