Super Smash Bros. Brawl Roster Changes

According to the French Based site LiveWii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl director Masashiro Sakurai commented on Japanese radio's "The Game Show" about various changes to the game's roster.
He announced Bowser Jr., the "Celda" version of Link and Ridley the archnemesis of Samus, would be joining the cast of characters for the Wii release.
Unfortunately Mr. Game & Watch, Young Link, and The Ice Climbers will not be in SSBB. Sakurai stated he wants a 40 character deep roster. No one knows who'll replace the 3 missing characters but he also stated that there will be 1-2 more non-Nintendo characters to be added.

jdr_172000 You had a hard time with those two? Thanks for the info. No problem, and no, I didn't have a hard time with G&W, but Kenrick's brother Roderick likes to use him from time to time, and he has amazing luck with getting the "9" out of the hammer attack that he has. It's kinda scary. gonk

Actually, I'm the only Peach player around here, just like I'm the only Sheik player around these parts. It's sort of weird. Everyone around here is bent on Fox, Falcon, Link, Mario, Luigi, Ganondorf, Marth and Roy. They don't give others a chance because they've learned their character to the point where they are only comfortable playing with them, which sucks. And yeah, T.R.White, KenrickS and his brother whom I've just gotten to join (RoderickS) all live in the same area, and we, as well as quite a few others around here, make up the general fighitng game populace in the area. 3nodding

I am somewhat ok with the character Peach. I like using Kirby sometimes. I play as the others on classic, and adventure. I do use those those the others like to play and those that the other don't touch. I use Fox and Link the most on vs, but sometimes pick to play as some of the other characters.

I do use those those the others like to play and those that the other don't touch. I use Fox and Link the most on vs, but sometimes pick to play as some of the other characters. I also remember hearing a rumor that Captain Falcon would probably be replaced by Snake, but of course, it's nothing more than a rumor. neutral Still, hilarious to see a certain someone's reaction to that rumor. razz
