I want to learn a power. I don't really care what, I just want to learn. If anyone can teach me or give me a recommendation, that would be great.

Until you gain a focus on what it is you wish to learn, it will be difficult to provide any concrete ideas.
Stating it as a "power" is a bit awkward, too; for me, as I look into the usage of words, "power" conveys an interested only in gaining power or control, rather than, say, enlightenment.

Quite true. In order to gain psionic abilities, one must have the will to do so. Develop a reason to learn, then you will be able to do it much easier. I'm not saying it has to be a good reason. You just need to have a purpose. Your purpose may also point you towards a good ability to learn.

It's best to start with something you already show some talent in, so you don't get discouraged. Anything you can do so far...? If you're unsure, just give a few things a try and find what calls most to you.
THEN come back and ask for a teacher. 4laugh

Some people refer to psychic talent as a power...mistaken, but acceptable, I suppose.

lol I've been trying to move some things with my mind, or at least see some of my future, just like I used to when I was younger, and well I do try to focus, but I just can't get it right, because half of me knows I can do it, and the other half says it's stupid and unreal for me to be able to do that or anybody else, so it's confusing to have that happening all at once in one single moment. xp

you can never gain such abilities if you think that you want "power", that seems full of ego.
only way to achieve is through enlightenment, self discovery, and practice.
you must have patience, or else its just like going 1 step forward and two steps back.

Patience, meditate, the classic 'look inside yourself' motive. Find what power you either allready have inside yourself or specifically which you want to obtain.

Krono Kross I suggest you start off asking yourself what you would like to learn, instead of asking everyone else here. Because no one knows your talents but you. As for a power, don't expect it to be instant. Most masters of a particular thing barely accomplish anything, maybe a spark or some frozen-ness (depending on the ability) and that's about it. I have yet to see someone master pyrokensis to the point where they can basically burn whatever they want. So are you willing to learn something that really doesn't have a practical employment?
