Respect the crew, as well as your fellow guild members.
No hateful topics. If you dislike a character, or a pairing, then topics set up basically to flame them are against the rules. Looking for someone to debate a pairing and its possibilities? That’s fine, as long as you keep an open mind. I don’t want to see “OMG I hate Sakura! *stabstab*” topics popping up. We've had a lot of problems with character bashing lately, so let's try to remember that we're all Naruto fans here, and we need to try to be civil to one another. If you dislike a character, you're free to say so, but please do it in a respectful manner so that you don't offend any other members. Try, "I don't really like Orochimaru, because he kind of creeps me out" as opposed to, "i hate Oro, he's scary and st00pid!"
No flaming. Respect that we all have different opinions here. As a friend of mine says, “Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, and everyone else’s smells.” I realize we’re not all going to see eye to eye on things. Stating your opinion is fine, as long as it doesn’t involve “u suck and ur pairing does 2!” or something similar to which someone could take strong offense. Keep it PG-13. I know it’s hard, as yaoi/shounen-ai is often the yummiest when the boys are naked. xd
No trolling. Meaning, don’t make a remark for the sole purpose of pissing everyone else off, just so you can get some attention, and don't just post a smiley face in a thread that specifically asks for feedback. It's annoying, and considered trolling. Now that you have read this part of the rules, the next bit of the password is: Is CoolerNO NECROINGWhat is necroing? It's when a thread has fallen off the first page, and you post in it. Generally if you see something that isn't on the first page... don't post. We'll go by if the last post was longer than three weeks ago, but to save on time.... just don't post in anything off of the first page. This is very annoying because the point of this guild is to make new threads for constant use of poll whoring. IF your own thread has fallen off of the the first page within a week, and you think you still have a valid point, you MAY bump. Nothing past that week. We've had to crack down on this, so the punishments are more severe. Just don't do it. -_______- Now that you have read this part of the rules, your next bit of password is: Than You
Other Guidelines to Follow
Remember to put a poll on each thread. Even if we don’t get as much per poll as we used to, this is still a poll guild.
If the owner of the thread asks you nicely to return to the topic posted, then do so.
No begging. Don’t assume other people are rich by the amount of nice items (that they all had to work hard for) they have, and then demand to be donated to. (The quest forum is for that very purpose.)

.Warnings and Bans.
Those who break the rules will be warned via PM or possibly by a mod in the thread in question. If you're not sure if a mod's words to your were a gentle reprimand or a warning, come check this thread. All those who have been warned will be listed here. A warning does not mean that you will be banned, it’s just a reminder of our rules. If our mods are unable to warn you about your behavior, then you will be automatically banned. In other words, if you have blocked any mod or limited your PM's to friends only, then you will be banned at the first rule breaking incident.
Read this part CAREFULLY, because I don't want any complaints when the rules are very clear. You will receive two official warnings before you receive a ban. Your first ban will be a temporary ban of two weeks. If you break the rules again after this point, depending on what you have done, you will receive either a permanent ban or a longer temporary ban. It is up to the mod who is dealing with your case to choose which ban you receive, and joining the guild means you agree to these terms.
Effective 2/10/08 - All violators of the ToS will automatically receive a temporary ban! You not only risk your membership by posting things against the ToS, but you also put our guild at risk. This is, as most other things, at the discretion of the moderator who catches it first. They MAY be lenient with you. If Rose Koneko catches you, she'll likely ban you. :3 (As I don't want to see Chieira get in trouble for my guild.)
As of 6/30/08, I no longer send out PMs when you're being warned for necro-ing threads. Frankly, there are simply so many violators of this rule that I'm sick of sending out the PMs. You will be warned in-thread, and it is your responsibility to know how many warnings you've been given. You can check this post to be certain.
