I just thought of a nice future feature for Gaia Housing.
Let's make it a Gaian Monopoly of sorts, making noobs who dare to enter our homes and meeting halls a 100 gold hit to their avatars! Let's shake down the noobs wandering though our hallowed paths and lanes. The very trees and rocks will grab the rabble and shake them down! Fear shall keep the locals in line... burning_eyes
