I just got banned from Mid West Polls by the once owner guy Dr. Death13 and he left a reason, and I quote, "I'm quitting gaia and giving away the guild. Hope you enjoyed it here."
So I was banned just because he left the guild? I'm really confused why this warrented banning me. Does anyone else understand this who can explain this to me?

I dunno, he used to be pretty active here then branched out and made his own guild. That probably doesn't explain anything but ya know. xD I'm in that guild (don't go there that often), but there's no announcement as far as I can see. o_O

he's probably giving the guild away to someone to start it over being something different.
Usually a new guild will recruit their own new members and it can have a whole different topic, so it's pretty common to start fresh if guilds change that completely. Maybe the next person wants to make a guild about donuts...
or another Naruto guild...
or about things that go bump in the night...
who knows.

Thats a good idea, but I'm not sure. They still have like 500 mumbers. Maybe he just didnt like him. Maybe my hair offended him. lol, jk.

Are you sure they have 500 members? I believe the listing on the homepage is usually just number of people who have been accepted to join.

Well, it happened recently that this girl had to make a new acct... and her old one got locked.. and teh admins are busy trying to find otu why it was locked in the first place or something.. but she used her alt to ban everyone from the old guild.. sell it... and then has moved the piont of the old one to a new one.

long story short means... that the girl was selling off that guild and using another one.. so she bans everyone from the guild pretty much.. so when the new user gets it... it's like it's brandspanking new

yeah, I got banned from there too. I agree with Aoife though, he's probably just clearing the guild so he can give it to someone else who wants to start one.
