Be a heavy character and try to keep the opponents away from each other. One of the opponents will stay away from you so fight him/her at the end. Abuse the smash attacks and you should make out alright.

if my memory serves me right 49 u need kirby( blaugh ) in the first mach when dr. mario cames at you just hold B then u will suck him up walk to the left side of the screen and spit him out and your first ez kill. then no use rock alot and ^B to keep some distance.
what u are going to have some real problems in mach 51 just use jugglypuff and use the vB attack alot on giga bowser and then use lots of item kills on the others
