^^^^ See now THAT would be how I want my artwork to look like

I want to draw my avvy but in Chibi form like the pictures above (I mean the last picture I posted, I'd love for my avvy art to look just like that artstyle)

Does anyone know where I can learn to do this?

I want to do it myself because I have many ideas for my avvy art and I wouldnt want to waste my money on someone else drawing it because im not just drawing 1 picture, im probaly going to do like 20

Well, there's How to draw manga for chibis but it doesn't really help. Chibis must be: big head, big eyes, no or very little nose, and a very little body. I suggest you to search on Google for pics and practice a lot drawing them.

I often find that tutorials teach you how to draw like the artist. Not the best way to go about it. The only secret to chibi is the proportions. That's about it. Sketch out some skeletons and work on it. From there you can add basic geometric shapes and then start to fill those in. You can use other's art for reference, but it's best to keep it as a rough reference only and not as a strict guideline.

It took me a while to have my style. Practice a lot.

Practice mimicking them first. I suggest tracing them, actually. It helps you get a feel for what you're working with.

And notice that drawing any type of anime character is 90% shading. You can draw a good-looking character in one color if you shade it different ways.

I echo the words. Practice practice practice. My first attempts were pretty laughable. I'm getting better now, though.

Practice may not make perfect, but it'll get you closer than any other method.

Eyes are easy. Eye size and shape makes a big difference in the image you want to give the character though.

I know...

my whole I idea is that I can make avvy art of myself in Chibi form to help express my emotions

since I think the emoticons suck

so i'd have to draw very well in order to get it right
