Yeah...It's for Americans who don't have enough money to buy BOTH a pizza and a sandwich.7-11 graciously fused the two,to make life easier for us.
And to fatten us up for harvesting.

My friend bought one for the free Pepsi, but when you buy one you also get entered into a draw for a bunch of Coke things [ie./ lawn chairs] o.O
