Orpheus was waiting for Emer and Kale to appear, they'd made plans to meet up their families again and have dinner though before that they were gonna bring everyone to Orpheus's classroom to burn off some energy. Ter and Vorel both needed it, they were all but climbing the walls today. No doubt it was the rain, it just seemed to do that to some people. Ligeia though was as calm as ever and he was trying his hardest to keep them under control, though that was hard to do for just one owl child and Orpheus alone. What they needed was a bigger place to be able to run in.

Which was why he called Emer earlier, to modifiy things so that they could meet there instead of here. Well that and... well... his place was a bit more of a mess then was usual. She would no doubt get lost in the mess it was so bad, while Ter, Ligeia, and himself could navigate it a newcomer might have a hard time.

Orpheus sat down next to the door to way for Emer while Ter and Vorel ran amok with poor Ligeia following behind them trying to keep them from hurting each other or themselves in their game.

Orpheus set aside the paper he was readying, pushing to his feet when he saw Kale and Emer, a smile spreading over his face, "Hello there you two." He said before Kale started to talk, "Ahh, yes. Ligeia is..."

Just as he was about to say something a blue streak came out of no where, it was followed by Ter first hissing what could have been encouragements and just the opposite was Ligeia yelling both for Vorel to STOP and Emer to watch out! Vorel has smelled girl and decided it must be time for him to tackle another one. Nothing better then the prettypretties!

"Please! Vorel no!" Ligeia cried, unable to catch up with him in time before the frosty one jumped at Emer...

Ligeia gave a squeak, lifting his wings up to hide behind them in embaressment as he saw another woman fall victim to one of Vorel's tackles, "Of man..." It was Kale's voice that made him peek out from behind them.

Orpheus took one step forward to help while Tersichore clapped and waved his arms fully amused by the 'game'. Sadly for poor Kale Vorel believed it to be the same thing. A game, the moment the boy jumped on his back the Frost Dragon bolted, carrying away the giraffe for a wild ride... With Ligeia following after calling out their names.

"Never a dull moment." Orpheus murmured, offering Emer a hand.

Vorel had kept going, totally oblivious of the fact that his rider had fallen in the pool. In fact he thought that Kale would come pursuing so he kept on running, luckily though Ligeia wasn't all tha far behind. The owl watched as Kale went in and under and gave a squeak, no, no not the deep end! He wasn't that good at his swimmings yet! Despite that though the owl couldn't do nothing, he gave a loud shriek of, "DADDY!" Then dove in after Kale.

He went under like a rock, sinking down into the water before opening his eyes, looking around before he saw the giraffe. He reached his feet out to him, grasping hold of him with them and started to flap his wings and move his arms, pulling the two of them towards the surface...

Orpheus climbed out of the lake like pool with Ligeia in one arm and then flopped down on the ground, "Ligeia? Are you ok?" He murmured, smoothing his son's hair back. The owl blinked a couple times, coughed up some water, then nodded his head, "I-I'm... yes. I think..." He murmured, then reached up to wrap his arms around Orpheus, clinging for a moment to his father. He was safe but that didn't mean the fact that he'd jumped in the water when he wasn't that good at swimming help to calm him, "Ahh... t-that was... s-scary." He whimpered.

Orpheus gave him a hug, "Its ok, your fine now." He murmured, part of him really wanted to be angry at Vorel but at the same time he knew both that the dragon was a baby and didn't know better and that it wasn't his fault that Kale had gone in or that Ligeia had been so foolish as to follow in attempts to save his friend.

"How about we go get some towels?" He suggested to Emer and Kale, looking up to see Ter standing there, coiled up and looking unsure of what was going on. He'd only heard his brother's cry and seen the adults rush off. Orpheus held an arm out and Ter slithered over into it, holding onto them. He had no idea what happened only that everyone looked upset and it seemed to transfer to him.

Orphues got up to his feet picking up one son in each arm, "I am sure I have an extra one at home that you can have, my fault that this happened in the first place Kale." He murmured then bowed his head, "I appoligize to both of you. This shouldn't have happened."

Ligeia blinked watching his father then cling more tightly to him as if wanting to sooth him before sliding down, "N-Need to... to find Vorel." He murmured, staggering a step before he went forward, calling for the dragon.

Ter watched Ligeia go before wrapping around his father with his coils, "Red?" He murmured.

Orpheus rolled his shoulder then nodded his head, clearly recalling half the scrapes they been into together and the injuries they'd resulted in. He gave a nod of his head, "Sure, sounds like a plan." He said reaching over ruffle Kale's hair, "Should take a took at his shoudlers when we get back to your place. Ligeia tried to catch him and drag him up with his feet which means he might have stuck him on accident with his talons. Can't let him know though or he will feel really guilty." His voice was low so that only Emer would catch it.

Ter flicked his tongue out at Kale, then clapped his hands as if to assure everyone that things were fine and that they shoudl go home and all watch GI Joe. Or at least that is what he thought and since they had no mind readers with them... He gave a hissing sound that could have been a snakey curse. He had to learn their language one of these days.

Ligeia returned shortly there after, Vorel following along behind him at a distance as if he were afraid that he were about to get into a lot of trouble. His tail was dragging, his wings were limp, and his head lowered. He looked much the picture of someone expecting a horrible scolding...

"Found him." Ligeia murmured, fluttering his wings waiting for the oncoming yelling as well... which didn't come as Orpheus motioned at them, "Come on. We are all going to Emer's place to dry off." He said.

Orpheus looked around the room for a moment that he stepped into, eyes following as the woman headed for the kitchen before he gave a long whistle, "The Dark truth comes out." He murmured to his sons, "Emer is a Gamer."

Ligeia tilted his head to the side, confused as to what that meant but if it were a dark truth did that mean that Emer was something dangerous and scary? He followed after her with his gaze before taking a step closer to Vorel who was still trailing the group quietly.

Ter gave a hissu then slithered out of his father's arm to coil up on the ground, looking about the room before his eyes fell upon something worth investigating... he looked back and forth before he started to slither fowards towards the figures, hands outstretched, "Hiiisssss...."
