and A Peavy Bandit 112 (also a boss DS-1)
What do you think of squires?

Worst brand of guitars and basses ever. I've tried so many and of all of them Squires have the worst sound, quality and feel.

Welp they are a good starter guitar, then you can move up to a Fender strat. I dont agree about the sound, they sound ok, not as good as a actual fender, but pretty damn good for the money.

The tuners on my are really horrible. Not a fan of them. Hate the amp even more.

Not great guitars, but they are good for starters. You can definatly find worse starter guitars, but you can also find some good starters (Westfield).

There's a story... sweatdrop At first I was a major noob and couldn't get the OD channel to sound right... xD Now, Sometimes I use pedal, so I can switch between clean and distortion I still like my distortion pedal... I want some that can give me a real good sound for a solo type thing. I want a stratocaster (Japanese) or Gibson les paul

I HATE SQUIERS! I've tried a few, and none of them come close to a good quality guitar. They are one of the worst... The worst is Yamaha in my opinion. domokun

u guys shudnt be so negative. all guitars are great in every way shape and form. some ppl would kill just to own a guitar. so u shouldnt be bagging on something. i have one. and i use it all the time.

What I do whenever I can't change to clean from distortion soon enough, I turn down the volume on my guitar a little, and lightly palm mute it. Works pretty well.
